1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If @mozilla wants my support they can have my @Bitcoin! on: November 03, 2014, 12:10:06 PM
I dont care how they are contacted,

The important thing is: They should accept bitcoin.

We will make a donation to them as soon as they start accepting bitcoin (more than $3).

2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / If @mozilla wants my support they can have my @Bitcoin! on: November 03, 2014, 11:15:15 AM
Please retweet and try to gin upp some support for Mozilla to adopt bitcoin.

https://twitter.com/btcfrog/status/529226030872297472

The search page of the Firefox browser now show a message about donating to Mozilla.
And they only take Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

They should follow Wikipedia and accept bitcoin donations.

This is a good time to make them think about bitcoin.

3  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Free Bitcoin QR Code Generator @ www.btcfrog.com/qr on: February 09, 2014, 08:32:22 PM
I am glad that you guys like it  Smiley

The best thing with this generator is that you can send dynamic requests and receive a png file back. Which all can be done within an <img> tag.

Thanx again.

5  Economy / Service Announcements / Free Bitcoin QR Code Generator @ www.btcfrog.com/qr on: January 10, 2014, 10:06:43 PM
We just finished and published out QR code generator at www.btcfrog.com/qr.

Just enter a Bitcoin address and press "show QR code" to view the QR image as a png.
or press "generate code" to get a piece of code to embed on your website to generate
the image or other such images programatically.

The error correction and size options can be set to other values (it is possible to rescale the final image if you wish).

If you enter an amount and a bitcoin address a "payment of <amount> btc to address <address>" will be generated.

Happy QR code generation

My answer to them is a resounding NO, it is not cool.  They charged me in BTC. I paid in BTC. They should honor their deal, case closed.  If you bet on a football game, and you lose, you do not get to modify the bet after the game is over.

It has nothing to do with this thread but:

If you bet on a football game it happens once in a while that they modify or cancel the bet afterwards because THEY set the wrong odds on it.
Or they invalidate it because your bet was too large, or if you had bets that was "on both sides" ... etc etc.

Read the betting sites TOS sometimes and you will be scared...

They also give themself the right to arbitrarily close the accounts of "unprofitable" customers. (not everyone does but many do).

I have had 5 accounts closed so far: (sportingbet, bwin, stanjames, eurobet and 1 more i do not remember the name of).

The reason was that was not profitable or that i was betting to much on "wongly set odds".

I noticed this comment on dailybitcoins payment page:

* Delayed payments older than 30 days
can be removed at any time.

And my delayed payments dates exactly 30 days back in time.

That is not fair!!!
They should not be removed, they should be payed out.

Anyone here know anything about this?

No problem, always nice to do something useful.

//btcfrog

By the way, you should change the title tag on your firstpage to something else than "Home".

- First off its not that usefull for users when the "Firefox" tab reads home, hard to know which one is EZcomet.
- Secondly the title tag is used by the search engines for both indexing and sometimes showing the results on the page.

Suggestion on new title tag (just a fast not thought through example) "EZCOMET Bitcoin realtime web message pushing"

And while you are at it add a good meta description tag, if it is good that is what google will show.

Good luck on your venture

Done, thanks. I didn't notice that :S

Will try to do some more SEO later.
