I've had a ticket open since March 26, and have only seen one email from BitInstant. I keep emailing support@bitinstant.ladesk.com and support@bitinstant.com asking for an update, but nobody ever responds.

Its been 20 days... Any chance somebody could take a look at this? In my ticket with MtGox they said that BitInstant will have to route the funds to the correct account.
