Hi Everyone!
I need a site that let you create a VCC with AVS, but It let you decide where to register the card (create a fake billing address for the card).
I need to pay from a site which only accept credit cards and only if they're from germany. I need something similiar to Usunlocked but that works for germany.
Hope you guys have more information than me.
