Really??  I have made websites http://emmonfaucet.ga request to become a publisher on this network and was rejected !!! I think they choose their publishers based on popularity and not content. So if you are a new faucet owner, u need to promote your faucet to get their attention . I am not sure if they actually pay faucet.
