The question people need to ask is if the fund is buying into the asset or what, if there is anything I learnt last year, it is not to base my projections on the so called expeer, most of them said last year Ethereum is going to $2k but when end up below $100. Base your forecast on price on fundamentals it is far better than specualtions

Security tokens are securities that are tokenised and utility tokens are tokens that is native to the platform  that people use to pay for using the platform. To be sincere most of these so called utilty tokens are security tokens but because most of these developers want to eat their cake and have it, they keep decieving themselves on this issue

There are alot of things to considered before investing into Staking coins and the most important thing is the inflation, if the inflation rate is high do not invest into it because you will lose your investment to inflation. For now I think QNT and NEO stand out for me because they have high marketcap to support the price, the team is sound and the inflation rate is low

Certainly this year will be better than 2018 interms of returns people get investing into the space but the growth won't be a linear growth in anyway. What I expect is first quarter is for BTC to find a new support above $4k if this is done successfully then we will head towards $6k then the hype of halving will pop in and FOMO will start which you don't wnat to miss out

I know of Xarum hich is backed by real Gold, but for me this idea is either too primitive or to early in te live of digital currencies,when we call something digital there is reason for this, Dollar is never backed by anything and most of the currecies inthe world but trust, people trust BTC enough to value it at $3600 and this should be the way things should work in digital space

For now BTC remain the king in the space and I won't be surpise to see its dominance increase this year, because many projects will fail and some will end up being a scam and as this happens the dominance of BTC will increase. Bitcoin is a good tech and it is being helped alot with no real leader which helps to hold the community together. I won't bet against BTC but do not be surprise to see in future a new digital currency better designed and able to compete head to head with BTC

In short term, I think there are many candidate but it has been proven over and over that on long term basis BTC beat most of these Altcoins if not all, the sustainability of a project should be the priority now as we have seen most of these projects will end up in zero as competition stiff

I have not doubt in my mind that the price of BTC will be higher at the end of the year, but I will be conservative here that the rise will be steady rise and the real bull run will commence close to next year BTC halving, which is one of the main evnt that trigger the aggressive bull run

People can say what they want to say about Teter for me it is the most stable Altcoins in the space, there are other stablecoins entering the space and have taken advantage of the FUD Tehter suffered last year, will like to see how some of them fair in the coming year

For me Bitcoin stands out over any ALtcoins in the space, but looking at the current market situation it is better to hedge yourself in other projects and any good project in the space ith real developemnt behind it will make you money in coming months if pick the right projects at the right time

I don't understand the hype around this project, they have more to proof this project in particular, EOS and Ethereum seems to have a stronger team than Tron and are more active on Github. The good thing I think the team do is to take advantage of the current market situation because comapnies are laying of developers because they can't pay for their salary and will be easy to attract good developers to their team

The recent Ethereum pump was expected, this is in response to the coming hard fork to reduce the block reward from 3 to 2, until weeks later if the Ether price can sustain this gain is when I will say Ethereum is back in the game, even couple with the recent dip in ICO contributions people need to think long term with Ethereum

I am not surprise about the allegations of payments to rating websites, I am not saying Holo and Hedera do not have chance of success one thing both will learn soon is that it is very poor decision to focus on media attention more than the developemnt side of things. Dash and Ethereum learn this the hard way

If we can sustain this steady growth in the Q1 then I will say confidence is back but the good thing now is that there are no bad news or state sponsored bad news targeted at the space and it seems most people felt like we are at the bottom of the bear marke and likely sideways movement may continue for some time

I have no doubt in the quality of the project and the team, the issue we are having in the space,  it the usage of the native platforms, we have seen over and over again that 99% of these ICOs can do without tokens, do I need tokens to use the BAT broswer no, for an average users we cared not about the incentives that is what I think the developers got wrong here

No one can say for now, I expect Tezo to be a strong competitior to Ethereum but it seems it is playing second fiddle to it, the hype has died down significantly and I have now read anywhere about projects planning to list of the platform. 2019 will be hard for most of these smart contracts platforms if they failed to find developers on their chain

I think the market is still waiting for the ICO market to regain investors confidence, so far there is no sign ICO will perform better this year then last year, if you look at the coin leading the recent charge in price, they are the old boys in the space, last year hurt investors alot even the big boys, so I am waiting to see how the first half the year goes before deciding on any project

What I want to ask the Op is if he can buy DeepOnion tokens at $17, if the answer is No, then it is not going to ATH. I think by now people need to start opening their eye and start asking questions about the projects they are holding the tokens, because most of these tokens will go back to zero. I have taken time to read and look into Dot.com bubble, alot of money was lost and we have seen that plays out in recent time, so caught your coat accroding to your side

This model of token structre was cancelled by Bittorrnet creator before because it doesn't work, just don't understand the idea that any good idea must be tokenise. Tron chose this path again recently after the acquisition of Bittorent I know alot of people are waiting to see how this pan out

This is never indoubt before that Ethereum is going back to the second position, most people may disagree with me, but the community strangh of Ethereum is strong enough to carry it to the top position, what Ethereum need this year is release of a scalable solutions that can help to sustain the growth of the platform
