Tried to verify at your exchange, and it was rejected at least five times. What the hell is a "document authority" regarding proof of identity ? Can you please give me an example of what it is ? Each time I got rejected because I misinformed this field supposidly...  

I never failed to verify with the same personal document at other exchanges and I would like to solve this matter
