Do we know if the team applied for coinmarketcap?

I don't know for sure but I would assume so. Nobody in dev team is about right now as I bet they were up quite late celebrating after all their hard work.

I would assume within another day or two they'll be up.

They are on cryptocompare.

Help please!! FAQ is confusing me

On the one hand for the ICO it says we can send from the exchange and that they prefer exchanges to private wallets.

Then on the ODN coins section it says they won't send us coins if we send from an exchange.

I'm really confused.

Edit:It's outdated information, you can purchase direct from an exchange because everyone is given a unique address.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Blockfolio ~Bitcoin and Altcoin Portfolio App~ Android and iOS on: May 27, 2017, 12:42:55 PM
Hi there, I have a question about blockfolio.

It is showing me as having a total portfolio value of

£2,207.55

Bitcoins current value is at £1,171

Yet my BTC portfolio value is only 1.34, shouldn't it be more like 1.98 or something.

Why is there such a big discrepancy?

I guess it depends on which exchange you choose to track the BTC/GBP price and which THEY choose to convert the value of your portfolio into GBP.

Now I understand. So I assume that blockfolio has a default BTC value from a major exchange (Bitfinex/Bitstamp)..
I was using bittrex, which is much lower than say...bitfinex/bitstamp.

I changed to bitstamp and it makes more sense now. Thanks.

Okay guys I messed up.

I sent 38 WAVES to my bittrex account but didn't add 1W.

Will I get my WAVES eventually? Or will it just be rejected and sent back to my wallet?

Or...is my money lost forever?

Bro, you don't need to add 1W before your adress so bothing to worry about..

You can check waveswiki FAQ

We have growing wiki

Thank you.

Now I need to ask why my transaction is taking so long?

14  Other / Beginners & Help / Can I keep my bitcoin address forever? backups. on: April 03, 2013, 06:07:59 PM
Hi there, I've been using bitcoin for about a week after hearing Max Keiser on the Alex Jones Show.

Anyway, I was just wondering if I could keep my address forever (as in for the rest of my life), like a bank account.

Also how often should I back up my bitcoin-qt wallet?

Quote
The wallet contains a pool of queued keys. By default there are 100 keys in the key pool. The size of the pool is configurable using the "-keypool" command line argument. When you need an address for whatever reason (send, “new address”, generation, etc.), the key is not actually generated freshly, but taken from this pool. A brand new address is generated to fill the pool back to 100. So when a backup is first created, it has all of your old keys plus 100 unused keys. After sending a transaction, it has 99 unused keys. After a total of 100 new-key actions, you will start using keys that are not in your backup. Since the backup does not have the private keys necessary for authorizing spends of these coins, restoring from the old backup will cause you to lose Bitcoins.

I found this on the Bitcoin.it wiki. Confused me greatly.
