1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: February 01, 2017, 04:24:38 PM
Could you post your current TDP %, nvidia SMI watts, watts @ wall, and your overclock ?
Actually you can see all of this on the screenshot. Except power consumption out of the wall, but I don't have wattmeter so can't say.

and now what you wanna candy? No info what hardware not any useful proof of anything.
Just pointed out sp "improvements". 308 mh/s at 2075 mhz core is definitely exceptional result. What additional information would you prefer to see?

So what is most profitable today?  Grin I have only amd cards and no private miners... mining xmr right now (free electricity)
With free electricity you definitely should consider dual mining.

thanx btw whats your power usage on R9 290?
one more thing I pmed you .. pls check it Smiley
It's very high. Don't have wattmeter, so can't say how much from the wall, but gpu-z says 210W per gpu.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Most profit coins today on: January 29, 2017, 12:45:59 AM
its not about the bitcoinminer I am worried about. the others like baidu "hacktool... "" look clearly suspicious
Even baidu says "Hacktool.Win64.BitCoinMiner.AF", where main part is bitcoinminer, I think.
P.S. You can always buy the same archive from alevlaslo, if you have some worries.

I am currently using it. Thank you so much for sharing. But seems like the one that you provided does not connect to the supernova or coinmine. I keep on getting error about
"No servers were goind that could be used to get work from"

Using other releases of sgminer (5.4.0 llbry fork) I am able to mine at 104MH/s /RX480
CAn you help me getting started with your version?
TIA
Here's my suprnova .bat file.
sgminer.exe -k lbry -o stratum+tcp://lbry.suprnova.cc:6256 -u z.z -p X --worksize 64 --gpu-threads 1 --xintensity 1024
I'm not sure if worksize, gpu-threads and xintensity will be good for you, but it definitely can connect to the pool.

I think I was having some issue because I was using sgminer from some other folder in my batch file. But then I got the nicehash forl version of sgminer 5.4.0 and it worked but I am still not getting speeds anywhere near 190mh as previously noted by the other user. Do you know anyone who uses RX480? Are you using stock settings for R9 290/390?
LBRY not very profitable coin for AMD users, so no, I've never met someone sharing rx480 results.
My 290s are ref cards flashed with insanity 390x bios, clocks 1080/1250 as I already mentioned.

I may sell it, 0.15 btc
Sure you can.
Here, guys. Password for archive 111.

Is this the private kernel version?
This version gives me 170 mh/s on each r9 290 core/mem 1080/1250.
Don't have other cards, can't tell about them.
So yes, looks like it is "private kernel" version. (Actually it is in public since like September)

This is insanity. Studded with malware

Well, they report there is bitcoinminer in miner. Miracles.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: EWBF's CUDA Zcash miner on: January 14, 2017, 05:14:22 PM
EWBF, your miner has a serious drawback. When the elecricity goes out and when it is  come back - my computers themselves start, but your miner to go out after a few seconds. It is necessary to reconnecting miner until it is establishment of internet connections (due to electric energy outages and Internet connection is lost). However, your miner try to establish internet connection (because it has not yet been established internet connection due to power off electric energy) and when it fails - miner goes out. This is a huge problem for me because often there is a power failure.
As a workaround, if you use Windows, you can try to add in the beginning of your .bat file command "SLEEP %t" (without quotes), where %t — number of seconds you need to restore your Internet connection.

Im getting 277 h/s with my RX 470 8gb.

One of my 290s is doing 290 h/s but the other does 220 h/s. Will need to investigate that.

Thanks claymore.

WOW!  290 Sols/s on a 290?  Is this a ref model?  What clocks are you using?  I can't get more than 260 out of mine.
260 sol/s?
You should try flash your cards with Stilt BIOS.
I get 310 sol/s with ref R9 290 Stilt BIOS, 1100 core, 1450 memory.

I have 4 R9 290 Ref Models... This would be great!  Could you point me in the direction of the STILT BIOS you used?
You can find his BIOSes there. I used V44 version, but I had to rise voltage in Afterburner for stable work, so try V38 for safe. Use latest ATIWinFlash (2.7.4 in my case), it works just fine.

Same, I'll give it a whirl on my 290 REF. Whats the wattage per card with bios mod?
I don't have any wattmeter so can't say exact numbers. GPU-Z says "VDDC In" 130W most of the time with rare peaks up to 190W. I think real consumption somewhere around 200W from the plug.

is that zip secure? i don't trust newbie so easily here
This download is from official nicehash site via https, so my newbie status doesn't matter.

i can't find this version in their website
Because they haven't released it yet for some reason. I got that link very easy. Just took their official download link, replace version number with one from their latest screenshot and voilà.

Ok, guys.
New nicehash miner is here.
215 h/s per 1070 (msi armor, core+150/memory+800) confirmed.
