1  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Can we rent out the site users data? (emails and names only) on: June 10, 2019, 07:47:21 AM
No. And not because you're a crypto service. But because of this thing called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If even one of your ex clients comes from Europe, or you used any service based out of Europe, then you've to comply. It's non-negotiable.

Basically what it means is that you have to justify your need to collect (or in your case, retain) the data. You can't anymore since you don't have the business. Then, you need to get the consent (permission) of each user to take that data. You don't have it.

It's a bit more complicated than that, but that's the gist of it.

Yes. GDPR is important. As i own few non crypto SaaS businesses too. I'm complying with GDPR on those projects. As this was related to my very old crypto startup which started in 2016 and closed in late 2018.

But it's still seems like a bad idea.

2  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Can we rent out the site users data? (emails and names only) on: June 10, 2019, 07:42:00 AM
Seems like this a bad idea, also this Bitcointalk police and trust abusers like Vod (who's always licking his boobs & don't even read the full thread) are desperate to leave negative feedbacks.

So i've removed the service post. I know these guys will keep negative feedback on me as it probably keeps them happy or it's their living.

As i am not in crypto scene anymore. So this forum might not be useful for me anymore to promote my crypto projects or join signature campaigns.
So i don't mind the negative ratings.

Peace!

3  Economy / Services / I'll send a email blast to 2800+ users for your project. [No scammy ICOs/ponzis] on: June 09, 2019, 10:52:53 AM
Hi,

So i have a email list of 2800+ crypto users. These users were our crypto shopping platform customers. We shut down our platform recently. Read here why we shut down [THREAD]. So we are renting out users names and emails. We are not handing over emails to you. We'll just send a email blast for you on your behalf.

We're not selling and handing over emails to you!

These were the open rates we were getting at that time.

My terms:
  • No shitty ICOs
  • No Ponzi/Pyramid Schemes.
  • No MLM sites.
  • Startups and new/old projects are welcomed.
  • I'll share a loom video and reports of the each campaign.
  • You have to provide content for email.

Charges:
I'm not sure how much to charge for each email blast. You guys can drop your offers below.

P.S: NOT DEALING WITH ANYONE.

In our privacy policy page we did mention that third parties may have access to your information.

is this even possible? how much we should charge per email blast?
It's 100% possible since the emails are in your hand. If the policy was third parties may have access of the information then you are okay to go. However in normal case a subscriber is interested to the product or service you offered and gave you their details for that reason. They did not gave the details to receive spam in their inbox.

Yeah! that's unfortunate that we couldn't continue our service.  Sad
5  Bitcoin / Project Development / Can we rent out the site users data? (emails and names only) on: June 08, 2019, 05:34:46 PM
So i was doing a crypto project in 2016. It was a crypto shopping platform. Now we it shut it down due to few reasons which i'll share later. Now i'm wondering if we could rent out users email which is around 2200+. I don't want to sell and handover emails to anyone. We'll just send a email blast.

In our privacy policy page we did mention that third parties may have access to your information.

--
We shut it down because of these reasons.
  • We couldn't scale it. As our tech part was weak.
  • We lost interest in it. As we engaged in other non crypto projects.
  • Crypto regulations and reputation. It's getting worse and worse.

--
We still receive queries from customers to start the service again. If you're some who's interested in running it. I have some more plans/ideas which i'll pass onto you. Hit me a DM for it.
6  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Dev Team Acquisition on: February 13, 2019, 10:45:40 AM
Hi to all.

We are currently seeking 2 full stack devs whom have blockchain development in their arsenal. We are currently are a point in which the full ecosystem has been complete outside of blockchain technology and now want to integrate blockchain.

We anticipate to build upon Stellar for its scalability and as the purpose of our platform is a form of "earning", this runs along side Stellar's purpose.

Please see wireframe of a single page from our ecosystem. This will provide you with an idea of the project.

Post below, your experience including references to work you have complete.

Can i have your email or skype? I can connect you with a blockchain development company based in Dubai.

Looking forward to hearing more from you.

8  Bitcoin / Project Development / If anyone need peer to peer renting site, let me know. on: December 31, 2018, 01:23:08 PM
Hi,

I have got a peer to peer renting site. It is custom developed from scratch by my developer. It does offer system like escrow but for manual payments (bank). It has no crypto payment API at the moment. Script works for renting anything.

Do let me know if you're interested. I will send you demo link in PM.
9  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Where to advertise (A bitcoin game) on: October 17, 2018, 04:51:26 PM
Hi, we have been working during the last 4 months already in a multiplayer bitcoin game. We're close to finish the development. If you want to take a look:

http://bitofwar.com/
Or feel free to play the last demo at https://playground.bitofwar.com/
Or the previous release at https://play.bitofwar.com/

The question is:

Where can we advertise a bitcoin game nowadays?
Is it possible to advertise on facebook?
What about twicth?

Finally, does someone have experience in this matter and would like to help?

12  Economy / Services / I want a website/service review platform? give me offers. on: October 15, 2018, 12:50:12 PM
Need a site like TrustPilot, but where people submit reviews about the service or website. Reviews (written feedback and stars rating) must be stored on blockchain. So they can never be changed or deleted. It should be permanent. Just need MVP.

Send me your total charges in PM.

Thanks,

15  Bitcoin / Project Development / Decentralized Flippa on: May 24, 2018, 07:53:49 PM
Will this be a good idea? Do we really need website marketplace for crypto world which accept ethereum or bitcoin and uses smart contracts to make the process decentralized. I can give this project a go, if there is need for it.

Tell me what do you think?

Anything can happen in a crypto price but don't panic if you are a good investor, you have to be patient no matter how the price go low, it will still rise. so keep calm and wait till the price rice again.

SELL SELL SELL!  Grin
