How is this better than Wings? And why do we actually need more ICOs? I'd rather it was more difficult to start a crowdfunding campaign, we're flooded with too much crap as is.

I think 20k is a bit hopeful, but 10k.. from the looks of it, it's quite achievable. My guesstimate is 10-12k.
