Same problem, it gave %10 first week bonus but according to DECENT team it should be %50 since I have sent btc in first 3 hours.

Everyone who participates in DECENT ICO until 11:00pm GMT (September 11) will receive 50% bonus!

if your confirmation mail doesn't arrive yet, try with another mail. My confirmation mail arrived my 4th registration.
