After proving to them that my account was hacked FJ restored my account. I was then able to look at my transaction history to see the amount that was withdrawn

FortuneJack is a pure scam!!! I activated the bonus and was afraid of withdrawing the funds do to the fact that all my winning would be forfeited. Soon after that my account was hacked and all funds removed. They have yet to prove to me that the bonus requirements were met prior to the withdrawal.
Before the bonus money is converted into money that can be withdrawn, the bonus money must be turned over 40 times in the Casino (minimum wagering requirements) before the player can request a withdrawal from their Fortunejack account; unless otherwise stated on the specific promotional details or rules. Wagering requirements can be met by playing on slot and casino games only. Bonus money begins when your original cash deposit is depleted. ‘Playing for fun’ on any game does not count towards any wagering (turnover) requirement there may be. If a player requests a withdrawal before wagering requirements have been met, all bonus money and winnings accrued from bonus money will be forfeited

FortuneJack.com has stated to me the following:
"Thank you for contacting FortuneJack's support service, it is impossible to change username at FortuneJack."
I challenge Fortunejack.com to explain to me how my username/password were changed?!?!?

My username was changed! Their is nowhere on your site that would even allow me to do it. So if your own costumer service rep. is tell me that the accounts username and password were changed that tells me that your site/security was compromised.
Please explain that to me?!?

This is what they responded with:
Hello,
We have been informed that you had an issue with account access. The email in our system is different from the one you are providing. The request on change of the email () was sent to technical team however before its confirmation the email was already changed to the one you are writing to us now (). Please let me inform you that if the withdrawal was made from your account it is totally your responsibility, because the details of your account are known just to you. The last withdrawal of 3.11011587 BTC from wallet ID was made on 2016-09-11 10:46:19 to wallet ID from IP-85.
Based on the information that we have, we are not able to prove that the withdrawal was not made by the owner of the account. This is the reason why we do not make a refund in similar cases. If any questions arise, please do not hesitate to reach us back

Sorry guys I am newbie when comes to this stuff. What type of proof would I need to provide? I have screen shots of My transaction history with fortuneJack, screen shots of the blockchain transaction and wallet transaction. Would this help? I have also tried contacting support@fortunejack.com but they have completely ignored me

I was in the middle of a session of blackjack when suddenly I get kicked off/booted off the site. I try re-logging several times with no luck. I proceed to start a chat session with a customer service rep. She asked me what my username for the account and I give it to her, she replies with telling me that their system does not recognize it. I then proceed to give her my email address, wallet info and previous transaction I had made. They responded with saying that they have no record of my username, email address or transaction I ever made. I end up giving them detail wallet info and blockchain info. They come back and tell me that my account was hacked, that my username and password were changed and my full balance had been withdrawn. They tell me that my account will be restored but they will be unable to restore my full balance. PLEASE HELP!!!
