yes ltc is the key to the rest of the alts staying afloat. ltc survived previous waves of alts which are dead or so close it isnt funny. it continued survival shows cryptos outside of btc can survive. if it was to die (which isnt going to happen) who'd invest in any alt? that's what the fools plugging their own shitcoin don't seem to get, they think they have to fud others to push their own crap (for which they'll dump anyways if they make enough fiat). none of the latest flavors of the month will survive outside of this forum....ltc would  There has never been previous alts that Litecoin has faced like there are now it 2014. It's not comparable at all. Since bitcoin peaked out around $1200 the game as changed and the market is now ultra competitive with new tech and code coming out all the time. That was never the case in the last three years where Litecoin sat virtually unopposed. competitive ? so saturating the scene with useless garbage scam coin clones is competitive ? hmm really go figure who knew ? You (and other Litecoiners) are misinformed if you think all the new coins are garbage scam coins. Some are truly innovative and that is why Litecoin is in the tank. Listen it has got nothing to do with innovation, its about making money. When will you understand that? Only a very few people invest in innovation. |

Bitcoin is useless for investing in...from an investors perspective.
I wouldn't say bitcoin is useless for investing. With so many user around the world and large corporations showing interest, it is the safest crypto for investment. Altcoins offer explosive profits but successful alts are few and far between. You may get 10x gains from one alt while you write off investment for 10 others. It's the safest, but investors who actually want to make money don't opt for the safest. Safe investments are for those who want to make a moderate income monthly/yearly without having to worry about their investment crashing etc. That's why you do Research for any alt you invest in. You lost all credit with your ltc thread deleting counter arguments etc You have the worst logic, i would go as far as childish. |

Deposited 0.8btc two days ago, showed up ok. Someone withdrew it today, without my permission, zero btc now in it. Pack of f***** Its not me thats been compromised in any ways so they are either crooks or they are compromised.

I put 0.8btc on coins-e 2 days ago, went back today and it was GONE! It was withdrawn WITHOUT my permission! No emails, no nothing. My pc is NOT compromised, my email is secure. WTF are they playing at, im sure they will f*** me about and blame me or something.

Colin seems to be a troll, he has hated this coin everywhere possible. I saw him lurking the fb page earlier, commenting bull on every comment.
Just to let your tiny mind realize, he only mined the genesis block. That is not a launch. A launch is when it is released for mining to the public. You see anyone mining? No? Yeah, shut up you wanker.
So they have has all this time since mining the genesis block to..... pre mine? do nothing? who knows, but I don't see anything that looks like a wallet to compile. I am all for new coins, even SHA3 coins, but there was lots of hype and then silence. This was a fake launch for the show... plus its pre-recorded Plus if you look close enough to the keiser report you will see the miner "failed" mining the "genesis block". |

I think we need to define success lol.
For starters, it's presently #5 in market cap, surpassing Mastercoin at the moment. Bitcoins Reddit subscribers are still under 100,000 members and that's about where they were were a month ago. Today, the Dogecoin Reddit subscribers will break 45,000. Global attention was garnered when the Dogecoin community raised funds for the Jamaican Bobsleigh Team which not only brought Dogecoin into to mainstream view, but also brought crypto in general as well. Tomorrow Value of Satoshi will implement Doge/USD and that's just the start. There is a litany of things that I can list here but none of them will convince a Doge-hater to embrace Doge because their disdain is solely based on their emotional bias and logic never wins over emotions. So I just get a kick out of posting stuff like this and then sit back and watch the haters post snark remarks. Their emotional remarks makes me giggle. Doge holders also make me laugh with their look how many of us there are shtick. Market cap means nothing when there's billions of coins. Exactly! |
