I'm assuming your answer will be no, but I figure it can't hurt to ask: would it be possible to either redirect my transfer to my bitstamp account or refund the transfer to Dwolla so that I can start a new transfer to bitstamp? I'm just worried that the problem with MtGox won't be resolved by the weekend, which would be less than ideal.

Thank you for the reply, I think you're doing a great job at solving problems that aren't even yours to solve (it's MtGox's issue as far as I can see).

I don't have my quote ID any more (laptop battery died). I imagine this will make things difficult; what information do I need to send to whom in order to make this as easy as possible for Bitinstant?

I tried to make a transfer through Dwolla and I got denied (don't know why..). I sent an email to support@bitinstant, but it's been 24 hours with no response. I'd like to get this settled before the weekend and I'm sure the bitinstant support team doesn't want to deal with it over the weekend either.
