Hello everyone!
I just wanted to let you all know that SynOps/Bitfi Services did not deliver on two gift cards totaling $475 for Amazon.com. I ordered these two cards at the end/beginning of March/April. I have tried calling the phone number on bitfi services webpage, emailing all contacts and have not made progress.
* One gift card code for $250 was sent to me. I applied the code to my Amazon account on 4-1-13... on 4-6-13 the money was withheld from my account.
* I never received my second Amazon card.
I got a response from "
admin@bitfiservices.com" saying that my two orders will be taken care of. We had a few emails back and forth... however after about a week I am hearing nothing back and still have not received a refund of my gift cards.

Does anyone have his personal address or home/cell phone number?
Does anyone know of any legal action we can pursue through Bitmit before I talk to my friend that is a lawyer?
