Why is the thingy on the right saying ~0 kH/s. That appears to be a problem?

Newby here!, I have been recently introduced to bitcoin and have to say that I have been taken by the hype.
I have been reading this forum for the last week and think that I want to become part of this community (if you will have me =)
I just finished university and got my first full time job.. working for the man..
