What I have noticed in casinos that are reputable is that if you go for games of 50:50 chance of winning, if you stake $5, you will win $5, making it $10. If you go for a game of 33:33:33 chance of winning and you stake $5, you will win $10, making it $15. The higher this is getting, the more the money to win but the lower the chance of winning.

I'm following and care about your case. I read your original scam accusation 2 years ago and did wonder how everything ended up. I've never had to sue a casino or sportsbook(yet). being a larger bettor than average it's the most annoying thing when they make delays in payment.
it should be simple, they offer the game or bet, they should pay it out. Acting like a fake victim only shows anyone with half a brain the complete disregard for being a decent business.

Why don't you spread your play between sportsbooks? that way you always get the best price and you might get more offers doing that. The best deal would be getting the highest price at your level of betting.

I forgot to bet on France with fj! I saw you had $1.6 which was a great price but not zero margin. The 1x2 market was about 1% house edge which relative to zero margin is far off.

Trying the bet builder for sports betting: The odds are less than non bet builder and when you build a bet the multiplied odds are less than they should be. Is there a bonus payment coming to make up for this huge house edge? or is the bet builder a suckers bet?
for example the Brazil game: bet builder 1X2 market is 12% house edge. which is the highest I've ever seen!
