1  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bit Funder] [btcquick] [Rising profits] on: November 05, 2013, 04:37:02 AM
hopefully we move to havelock, especially now that they say they are licenced.

No reason not to move to Havelock since BTCquick is a proper registered corporate entity with legal representation etc. Bitfunder is just not a good place to be any longer.
2  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Gigadice.com - IPO Prospectus - [BTC, LTC, Paypal Cashouts] on: November 03, 2013, 08:52:27 AM
Quite a bit more reasonable priced IPO then most dice sites (Prime Dice 50k BTC valuation comes to mind)

PD has never had an official valuation, and we don't plan on doing so.

However if we did, I'd certainly consider that a more valid valuation than GigaDice's proposal. They have no past profits or anything, they're simply a website with simple back end and a conservative design (Which has actually stolen a few of our custom made images...)

I am sorry for the mistake, I was indeed referring to LetsDice and their IPO. I would of course also agree that PD would have a far higher valuation then Gigadice due to the longer time PD has offered real money gambling.

4  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] btcQuick - Bitcoin Sales Service on: November 01, 2013, 09:54:18 PM
btcQuick shares will not be lost, we have access to some basic info such as bitcoin address and the number of shares with that address. We are still working on this situation and should have a significant update soon.

I would suggest Havelock as new listing market. Them now being fully licensed and owned in Panama will make them a REAL player in the space for sure.
5  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Labcoin Official Thread - Self-Moderated on: October 22, 2013, 07:43:39 PM
mean while swede got something else going on, well not for us.

hey think for a while, you guys accused labcoin to be using non-labcoin miners and could be knc miner.

maybe swede working in shadow and deploy knc for labcoin? after all why swede still has labcoin image avatar?
there is no official word if he abandoned labcoin, or so.

FYI here's the transaction.

https://blockchain.info/tx/cab576646441a1de40dcc77ba9e1e1ae1eb76da79999ee17ec13f0d27f22bab1

All the dividend payments should come from the 1CwrK8GTwq4eQYZwTxMpL271Bpj7Zu3PUQ address. I'd vote for just using using the 1GHY9Vb8GyyohfoFqyHmjc5mC1KeyV7ND4 address (the payout distributor address for this group) as the eligius address so we can all see exactly what's happening, and we can get payouts as soon as eligius finds blocks.

I will start using this address as direct payout hopefully in the morning, I just to visit the data center where I am hosting the miner.

i just opened my eyes, swede is true PR failer, doing his own thing and ignoring his duty to us like labcoin

edit : look at swede profile, he removed casino/poker link stuff on his signature, i realized now Tongue dont know when he removed.

I have discussedmy involvement with the Shareholder group that was formed and since Labcoin now is run by Sam who is taking a much more active role in communicating with the forum, as well as running the project there simply is no reason for me to post information that the community can get directly from him.

I am still a share holder and as everyone else I am following the development closely. It seems the hash rate is being moved to ghash.io and I have seen dividends the last few days through cryptostocks.

Of course we (I assume) are all hoping to see more and more hash rate deployed shortly.

Edit; Traveling like crazy and had no time to visit data-center. Making at least weekly payouts of entire mining income as promised though.

First dividend now sent (0.65 BTC / 10. a few min ago).
To minimize network fees etc. I will just go ahead and send dividends with a mining report weekly on Fridays around the same time (2. pm central).

Of course, I could also just set the payout address as default in Eligius and have the pool take care of sending. What do we think?
8  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] 1 KNC Miner Saturn 175 GH/s miner + hosting (10 shares) LIVE on: October 16, 2013, 09:28:55 PM
The miner is now hashing, and I will send out the first payment today. It seems there may be somewhat of an issue with one board that I will investigate (far higher temp on one and not hashing at full capacity) but to make up for the longer transit time then expected I will still pay out 275 GH/s by simply making up for the lower hash rate with my personal BFL 60gh.

I have a payment script I will be testing out today so expect your share of approx 0.55 BTC in the next 24 hours.

SORRY! Been out-of-internet for close to a week.

LOL that's reassuring

It's also a lie.

Out of reliable internet, aka. not at home. The KNC Miner arrived at post office yesterday and should be delivered today around lunch Central Time, hashing before end of work.

SORRY! Been out-of-internet for close to a week. Good news is that the KNC Saturn has shipped and should be arriving/mining within the next few days. I will post here when this happens. I will likely also send a very small dividend to everyone 1st day or so just to make sure I have up-to-date addresses and to show everyone that it is indeed hashing.
11  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: October 09, 2013, 02:43:23 AM
Hi, TheSwede,

Why you are still dodging the question about how you contact with Sam?

Sorry,
I didn't see the edit. I have communicated with Sam through Skype and email.

All this is information that is already available in this thread. I think I may have phone numbers as well, though if the project does get back on it's feet as I know several project members are working on I would like to hold off on a possible which hunt.

I will help the 'Advisory Board' that is meeting on IRC and have messaged me here on Bitcointalk.org in their work to sort out the issues they have brought up of course and i hope that by the 15th there is a REAL update on the project status.
12  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: October 09, 2013, 02:28:12 AM
how much did they pay you?

I received not a single BTC from Labcoin at any point. I received and purchased shares in the IPO. Including the possible loss of the 30k shares I still hold I now have less BTC then before the IPO.
13  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: October 09, 2013, 02:07:42 AM
I think we can go after theswede and fabrizio. I would say burnside will have to answer as well, due to his heavy profiting off labcoin, and listing them without any verification.

Let us all pool together in the IRC and coordinate actions in these coming days. It is a more global world and scammers dont have reliability of anonymity anymore.

I have not been able to get a hold of Sam in over a week. I have talked to TheSeven over Skype and I can't speak for him but I feel that we are reaching the point where the Labcoin team being absent is just not even close to OK anymore. I still own my 30,000 shares and have taken a close to 99% loss at this time. I have talked to the team of forum members talking on IRC and trying to figure out what is going on with Labcoin and can only say that I of course will do whatever I can do help get to the bottom of what is going on.

I have also contacted Burnside to see what I can possibly do to ensure that all shares are accounted for etc. Right now I share every cent of frustration with everyone else on this forum. I will keep everyone here updated on everything and anything I find out.

Yes, this has become very messy.

Don't forget the people that sold their shares at a huge loss!!!

I am still holding mine, which I guess in hindsight was a stupid idea considering the closure of BTCT.CO and now Bitfunder, but the monetary loss is something I can live with. Much worse to feel that I possibly was a part of causing people to lose money.

Just FYI Swede, if this ends up being a scam, not all of us hold you responsible.  It's obvious to me at least that you have been acting in good faith.

I myself can only say that even if it the project gets back on it's feet I would never have gotten involved had I known that it would cause me this much stress for no reason. At this point I just feel stressed out and disappointed in Sam, Fabrizio etc. no matter the outcome.

I still find it incredibly odd that an actual physical business as owned by Fabrizio would (if that is the case) be willing to stand behind any form of scam, and I can assure everyone here that both me and Burnside did what we at the time considered a very fair due diligence of the project before we ever considered having anything to do with any part of the listing process.

Please disregard that last message. The committee organizers wish to meet to organize the committee before involving the team  so that they can get the committee set up first.
17  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 30, 2013, 06:34:09 PM
Ok how did you contact the others, through telephone? email? can you disclose more information on them, this is potentially sercious serious fraud and the investors need contact details to the team behind labcoin, not proof that you still have 30k  shares when they might have paid you 500k shares and you have 30k shares remaining, THAT MEANS NOTHING

I am of course fully aware of this, I simply posted a screenshot cause forum members asked and I had no reason to hide it. Right now I am waiting for information from the team like everyone else.
18  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 30, 2013, 06:25:52 PM
I know this does not prove much (I guess if you know how bad I am with photoshop it might) and I guess I was also off on my average purchase price but I did promise a screenshot of my 30k share holding so here it is. (sorry for the delay I had a lot of IRL things this weekend).

I have also been asked why I would hold on to the shares and I think my best answer would be that no matter what some people think I consider myself to have moral and integrity, and even though I don't have any insider info I think that I owe it to the community to hold on to the shares.

I still don't think that Labcoin is a scam (bad communication? Yes. Bad luck/hardware problems, team issues? Yes and very possible.) but no matter what I think, as someone who have relayed the info give I deserve to share the risk with the rest of the investors.

19  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] 1 Metabank Bitfury with hosting in the US [ORDERING CLOSED] on: September 30, 2013, 05:39:17 PM
ALL refunds have now been sent and accepted by group buy members. ADMIN can close this thread. I hope everyone feels that they have been treated fairly and once again, sorry the purchase didn't pan out but at least no one lost any funds.
20  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 29, 2013, 11:55:45 PM
I just wanted to visit real quick and let people know that I will not be moderating or participating in the IRC Q/A. I was for a long time, and would still be happy to relay news for Labcoin but the fact is that I have had very little to report lately and had to withstand quite a few accusations from several people on the forum.

Without information to provide, and having been put in a situation where I had to "break my word" several times to simply to lack of communication i have full understanding that investors and the public in general is upset but the fact is that I have never had any inside information on the project and have always just attempted to relay the status and information that I have been provided with.

For what it's worth I still don't see any reason to believe the project is a Scam and I myself have not, and do not intend to sell the shares I own.

This post is not means as critique towards Labcoin, but I feel that to regain confidence the Labcoin team themselves need to answer the questions from the forum directly so that there is just no possibility for any misunderstanding or miscommunication.

Prove it. Make your portfolio public. If you do not then you've done nothing to change the opulent perception the community has of you.

I own other shares then Labcoin and prefer not to make my portfolio public, but to give some insight I can say that I currently own 30.000 shares in Labcoin at an average purchase price of around 0.0027.

Given that I purchased shares in the IPO and did sell some several weeks ago I will likely still end up making some Coin but I can assure you that any idea that I would have made anywhere even remotely close to 900BTC is absolutely false.

As for holding the shares still, I feel that the Project still has a chance of turning a bad situation around. Only time will tell if I am correct of course.

I don't accuse you of making 900BTC. Can you post a screen shot of your portfolio and redact everything except for the Labcoin portion? That would be enough to satisfy us.

We do not want to invade your privacy. We just want some transparency with so much money on the line and so many dreams at stake. If you have 30,000 shares then you know how it feels to see the price going to 0.00001 with no indication of recovery or even an exchange.

I am mobile right now and with no Yubikey access (my choice of 2 factor) but can definitely post a screenshot of this in a few hours at the latest.

And I totally understand how people feel. With my purchase average I can't say that the current stock price makes me smile even the least.
