Unfortunately it"s been very hard to prove something to secondstrade.com since the beginning of the current week (especially after they changed their "quote supplier" for currency pairs). The refund requests from people are most likely to be ignored or considered to be non-refundable just because they decided so (you can look at my  and other users posts published starting with 06.10.2016), trades are accepted with delays up to 20 or more seconds after receiving bitcoins to their adressess blaming for this blockchain.info wallet (but such things never happened before). And now they try co call us scammers... What is gonna be next??? Only time will show. And for us all the best cure from all this unfairness remains patience and hope for the better attitude to us.

I agree with you completely. The problem is that they at secondstrade.com don"t want to admit it because it might have been their operational system error or malfunction and due to that they need to compensate a lot to the users that lost their trades. As concerns blockchain.info wallet I must say it"s a very respectable online bitcoin wallet and I see no reason to change it. I"ve been using this wallet for several years already and did not encounter any problems with it during all this time.
The real problem is that they at secondstrade.com have started to accept the trades with  huge delays (up to 20 or even more seconds) since yesterday (this never happened before) and they try to avoid responsibility for doing that by means of denying any refund requests from users, that lost their trades due to the acceptance of the trade by secondstrade.com.
If the bet was received for example at 08:40:45 to their adress there is no way it is accepted by them 10 or 20 seconds later. Such transactions are 99.9 % will be lost by traders because of the market price volatility. In other words, the CFD market will never wait until the bet is accepted. It is continuously changing, every single second here counts.
So, to be absolutely fair with the users, that lost their trades due to this reason, secondstrade.com must compensate them their lost trades.    

I completely agree with the user Itsmylife and want to give some more proof of thagoe time delay problem. Let"s see how it was before they did this upgrade:

So as far as you can see evrything was absolutely normal about a week ago, and after their upgrade everything suddenly changed. And blockchain.info wallet has nothing to be blamed about this, because all transactions are processed as they were a week ago. The only big problem is time when secondstrade.com acceptes your trade. Intervals more than 3 seconds between receiving bitcoins and accepting one"s bet is inadmissible. lSo I really hope, that secondstrade.com admin will fix this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise, such "trading" has no sense, because almost every trade you make is gonna be lost by you. Learn on my example, yesterday I lost about 0.08 BTC and half of that size was lost due the time difference in receiving my BTC and accepting the trade by secondstrade.com. 
AND THE REFUND IS STILL NOT RECEIVED!!! MAKE YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS!
