Cool Cool Huh Huh Roll Eyes
Yes there is no difference no difference in betting and the generated number are random. Our core doesn't changes.... I’ll try to explain on example. If you play with 99% win chance, that means that in about 100 games you may lose ~1 time. So because of the bug in the system, this started to work not for 1 player, but all the online players (about 200). So there were players who didn’t lose during 200 bets and players who lost more then they suppose to lose

That explanation doesn't make any sense. Your system should be generating a random number in the range of [0, 10000000) with an equal probability of each outcome. Doing anything different is as far as I'm concerned cheating. (Unless you explicitly and very clearly tell people otherwise)

My guess what happened, based on the freakishly weird streaks I and other players saw, and your explanation of making "1 player lose" -- you configured the system to predict peoples bets and picked a number that would make them lose. Perhaps it was an honest mistake and misunderstanding as you are trying to make people lose "the right amount". I'm guessing two things happened, your system was far too aggressive (it was hard to not notice) and what you also probably what you didn't realize is that it would also make you extremely vulnerable to exploitation yourself (if you were doing that, I could predict that you were going to try make me lose and unexpectedly reverse the bet and increase the wager amount). Because of your "provably predetermine" scheme, you would be forced to honor the bets.

So I guess that would also explain why you reversed it all.

I'm almost inclined to leave negative trust, as I really don't think anyone should be playing on your casino with the way you're running it -- but I'll try assume good intentions.

Here's what I think you should do to remedy it:

   * Switch to a proper provably fair scheme. Go to just-dice.com and steal theirs, it's become an industry standard. It will protect yourself and your players
   * Offer a full refund to all players
   * With your affiliate program, you have a negative house edge. It's not possible to run a legitimate business like that. If this is intentional,
you should be explicit that you have a budget to run your casino at a loss to attract players. Because I'm very inclined to believe you either
aren't realizing this, or hoping to make the difference by cheating players
