Yes, it is true, we did announced the project last year, we had an ICO, with no results(only 1 person donated for the cause) and now we are trying a new approach. We are now checking his transaction and we will refund the whole sum.

You cannot download the wallet, because it is based on the colu webwallet. We are working on the iOs, Android, Windows phone and Google Chrome App. Once it's done, we will announce the download links.

Meanwhile, we have created an alternative for the MoodCoin and we want to send the coins to our Twitter and Facebook followers.


It is based on the colored coins mixed with the Copay web wallet.

Thank you BitPotus for your opinion. We understand that having people from the same country (the same city even) as us, acting as escrows might raise a few questions and collusion concerns. But at the same time, for our project, it was a plus to get validation from people outside the crypto world, because these are the people that you can reach the hardest. And we looked close to home for people that were doing great things. We also think that we live in a very transparent world in which the validity and integrity of people can be confirmed / infirmed in an objective and unbiased way, even if they are our countrymen. But we understand the point you are making and hopefully we will gain your trust over time.

The video Q&A with the whole team will be ready at the beginning of next week - so stay tuned for that. We have nothing to hide and we are not begging for anything. As you all know, ICO's are a great way of getting initial funds for the development of a project and that's what we are doing.

Regarding the year 2014 - (that it's also mentioned in Mihaela's Linkedin) as you can see on the MoodCoin Facebook page, it sais "established in 2014" because we came up with the idea behind MoodCrawler & MoodCoin two years ago. We are not trying to hide that . In all this time we worked on and off on the project and tried to get to a point in which the idea is clear and easy to communicate. As you all know, it's a process, and this process takes time, mistakes and a lot of starting over and "plan B's".

The rest of 75% of the total MoodCoins (182 millions MDC)  will be reserved in the Foundation Wallet and used for rewarding users in our ecosystem.

Once the ICO is over, we will distribute  25% of the ICO funds for core team, the rest of  75% of the ICO funds will be used  for the MDC ecosystem over the next years. We will use it to pay all kinds of expenses: promotions, DEV salaries, MDC API, travel costs, conference visits, sponsoring, development, MVNO license, designs, contractors, infrastructure:servers, nodes, advertisements, software license, etc

We will bring onboard 3rd parties like  advisors, collaborators, lawyers, mentors, companies,  partners, etc.

Max coin supply is 250 Million MoodCoins.  We hare reserved 25% of it to the ICO crowdsale(62.5 M MoodCoins).

68 million MoodCoins is the total sum reserved for ICO+ bounties & logistics.

As people are more interested in the project, we might increase the reserved funds for bounties.
