Any tutorial on how to get this coins algo working with a stratum or nomp?

zcoin doesn't use lyra2rev2, it uses a custom lyra2.
Ya I understand that, but how do I get it to work with nomp, how do I add these algo to nomp is what Im asking |

So I've been working on this for two weeks, Ive been making a multipool, I got everything working, nomp, mpos, sftp mail, domain, dns, apache, webmin even built a test ltc pool.
What I cant figure out is how to add new algo to nomp successfully, I have a zcoin pool sort of setup, the pool can reach the wallet, but cant get the algo working on nomp. I appreciate any help on this.

I need helping making a pool for this coin, I have everything ready I just can't get lyra2rev2 algo to work with the stratum I keep getting a lyra2rev2 is not supported algo https://github.com/wareck/node-multi-hashing I've added and installed this^, to my nomp package can someone maybe send me the conf nomp files, I've been working on this for 2 weeks now and have been going insane at every step, but I just cant seem to find any data on getting this algo to work nomp! :/ |

Are you late to the party? We know. Zcash is based on zerocash protocol. Zcoin is based on zerocoin protocol. They both have pros and cons. http://blog.zcoin.tech/zcoin-and-zcash/Roger Ver is backing both. They are both legit. They also both have "founder's rewards" of 20% for the first few years. Incidentally the coin in your signature also has a very significant dev/sponsor subsidy as well. I'm not necessarily against this a matter of course, but it just smells bad imo to launch what is nominally a currency and give 10-20% away to the developer(s) and their sponsors. How can you expect something to achieve real world traction and broad adoption when one guy or groups singlehandedly controls 5 or more % of the entire circulation that will ever exist? Obviously Bitcoin is kind of an exception here... I understand what you are saying... but one of the fundamental issues with btc is a lack of funding to pay for development. You can have a premine, or a block subsidy. A block subsidy is much more reasonable when used appropriately, because it's paid over time. Imagine if they had a 10% premine that they had access to... that's 2million coins! Devs don't work for free. They deserve to be paid. You can't expect a dev to to great work when he can't feed himself / pay his bills. I totally agree with you, but they are just taking a higher share from what they originally said they would take, someone pointed this out, and suggested a hardfork, but the case was closed http://imgur.com/a/tBsHZIm not against zcoin, I've been mining all week  |

Is anyone aware that there is a "Founders Reward"? This is essentially a premine that amounts to 20% of the coin over the first four years. Things like this need to be in the OP, not the FAQ.
YES!!! That's my biggest issue with this coin... the owner was supposed to get 10% but ending up getting 20% someone on the github brought this up, but the response was the creator would have to ask "investors" |

Hi! i have some problem with a cpuminer, the first 20/30 sec the miner works good, but after 30 sec starts to give me these errors..    Ubuntu server 14.04 ./cpuminer -a lyra2rev2 -o stratum+tcp://xzc.pool.mn:2428 -u user -p password Same problem on suprnova ad poolmn ty Seems that you are using the wrong algo. ~ 37.xx kH/s are a bit much. I get this error when I am using -t x Do you use ocminers version? i have cpuminer-multi 1.4-dev  you the RunMe.bat script from the miner, don't launch the cpu miner exe |

Pool seems down or laggy
ya pool is down, I left two machines on at work over the weekend, finally mine a coin and pool is down, GG guess I they wont be mining this weekend, wont be able to access them till Monday It;s not down. Even if the frontend is laggy, the stratum server is most likely fine. Good to know, thank you for killing some of my anxiety lol,my machines should be fine |

I cannot mine, I have to 2 12 thread machines and they bought give me this nonsense, http://imgur.com/a/2erAxIm not getting shares, my other pc is on like 200 of these, usually cpuminer gets 1000kh -4000Kh what am I doing wrong this algorithm I also have 0.03 kH/s So is this normal? Seems as other people are receiving the same results |
