It wouldn't surprise me if this account is hacked or purchased though. First posts are all in English and there's a huge gap from July 27, 2014 to August 04, 2016 when you made the above post and start talking in Chinese.
Nope. The opposite. I would say your chances of getting this account back now are next to zero (though even if you had a signed messages it wouldn't be much better odds giving the current climate of account recoveries). When did you purchase it? Recently? If so then they probably just locked it themselves (of the original owner did). This is why you shouldn't buy accounts.
Forget about it. You almost certainly won't get it back.
