I think if you are talking about the performance i think they are both the same because sometimes the price of altcoin in bittrex are lower than poloniex but sometimes poloniex are lower that bittrex..
In terms of price crash for altcoin both are the same decreases because i think it will be depends in the market and traders if they seen the price is in other trading site they will transfer their funds and sell it there that is why the price will both the same.

The reason why the price is keep increasing because japan was legalized bitcoin in their country that i think more people in japan will be interested in bitcoin and more company from japan will use bitcoin. so i think the price still not yet finish it will increase more soon like you said people who are selling bitcoin will regret soon..

I dont think bitcoin will be use by almost all people in the year 2022, but one thing i know for sure ,china will be the first country who will accept bitcoin in almost all thier stores as payment options. And all of the people in china will now be using bitcoin.

For me they are both risky, I don't think about those which is more risky. But as long as there is a risk involve they are qualified for it, so for me whether you do casino bets it is risky or sports bet.

I wouldn't take this too seriously. In a mild form, this is basically going to be the same as what has been happening in Russia. One day Bitcoin is great and everything, where in the next month or two they plan to heavily restrict Bitcoin. People will use Bitcoin regardless of what regulations are being put in place. Bitcoin's decentralized nature allows people to operate and transact outside the banking and governmental system. I personally don't give a single damn about whatever regulations governments put in place. I am not paying (and not going to do so in the future) tax over my coins. I am not reporting any of my holdings, even though I don't directly need to pay tax, etc. I am the boss over my wealth in Bitcoin - no one can tell me what to do.
