1  Other / Beginners & Help / Litecoin wallet on a Mac on: April 24, 2013, 01:51:31 PM
I still haven't found a way to keep an offline wallet on my Mac.
I installed the client I found on Litecoin.org but it doesn't let me generate an Ltc address and I don't see where the private key is?

Try exchanging to LibertyReserve or similar other non-crypto e-currency and then use one of many exchangers that can send it to you by Western Union or Moneygram. (higher fees, but sometimes you have it the same day)

there is a very real chance you are under investigation by SOCA and the banks wont tell you shit because they can go to jail for tipping off. if they where closing the account because you where using it as a business or whatnot they would tell you, them not saying anything makes me think its something very serious and going on at them about it won't make them tell you, the fact they are hanging up on you makes me think there is a note on your account saying your a suspect in a fraud investigation or something and nobody wants to get fired/ arresed for letting something slip they shouldn't.

Exactly, them not giving you any explanation whatsoever, is most likely because they're not allowed to tell.

It's like calling the phone company and asking about a strange sound that you hear when making calls or picking up your phone => phone t.

"well sir, I'm sorry to inform you, but there's a tap on your phone"  Cheesy

Coinbase will sell you btc, that you can then transfer to MtGox.

But I want to move USD out of Mt Gox into BTC-e

Aurumxchange has only small reserves of BTC-e and only accepts small amounts of BTC at a time.

Bitinstant doesn't fund BTC-e anymore apparently? And as I read on their Facebook-page is not very reliable?

Btc-e doesn't accepts wire transfers, only OKpay and Interkassa (Russian, I don't see the option to send wire transfer?)
on Perfectmoney deposits they charge 8%, so also not worth it.

XMLgold.eu only gives $114 for BTC, while currently at Gox it's at $135...
wm-center.com gives a ridiculous 50$ and that's only to have it converted to Perfectmoney or LibertyReserve
6  Other / Beginners & Help / MtGox - my ask price is lower than 'last price' on: April 01, 2013, 12:29:39 AM
I have a pending (sell-)order on MtGox, asking price $94. But following the rate going up and down on MtGox I suddenly read next to last  price: $94.4

How is it possible that a transaction takes place on MtGox for a higher price if there is a lower offer available?
