Monkeys don't wonder about if the Earth is flat or round. So at least flatters are smarter than monkeys.

I want to get this free watch but the shipping fee is killing me, maybe I would try to spend for the shipping if you can give me a free timex watch. 

I hit the golf course, then follow it up by eating a rare steak with red wine. Then I take a nap, wake up and well the rest is kinda random but I am good at that point. I do this every time I feel like I am beginning to 'tilt' to avoid longer periods of depression and it has worked flawlessly these last few years, before I was pretty down every winter. Almost like I peaked and felt so well during summers so hard that the serotonin was gone by winter come to think of it. I really like summers.

Any of you feel down, just take a treat yourself day and combine all the things you love to do into one. You got work then call in sick or whatever because it's like a days investment to avoid weeks/months of little productivity and bad being. Trust me it is worth it from every angle I can view it from.
