I'm looking for a VCC that can be loaded with BTC (BTC>VCC) and then be used to make purchases on websites like amazon on ebay.
I try uquid and different website. Loaded btc$$ into VCC and I went to check out and make purchase. Then the credit card never processes and I get email saying payment didn't go through.

Which VCC works to make actual online purchases?
