Ok, so I successfully installed the new fan with a thin layer of artic silver on GPU, after cleaning it thoroughly of previous thermal paste.  The fan works great only one issue, my card resets when it gets to about 70C now.  Previously, I ran it at 20 intensity, and now I can only run it continuously at 11.  Any ideas why this is happening?  I read the artic silver has a break in time, is this what is causing the gpu to reset??  Any ideas how to fix issue?

So I had the same problem with my XFX 7950( 3months old). I contacted XFX support and they offered to send me a replacement fan to do myself or send it in for them to do it.  If I f-up doing myself, warranty is voided. They stated its easy, just need phillips and thermal paste.  Im pretty good with tinkering in electronics.  Any advice on which route to take?  Can I seriously f-up this unit by just replacing the cooler?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I got a 750w PSU.  Can I safely run 2 overclocked 1100 mHZ 7950 below 80C with this power supply?  I am currently running 1 overclocked pretty stable at 550 Hash and want to add another 7950.  Please advise if this power will be enough.  Also what would be the approximate total wattage output at these settings.
