My Avalon Asic from batch 3 finally arrived today

I installed my PSU using the following as a guide: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Avalon#The_PSU_Spec, which stated

• 1x ATX 24PIN
• 1x EPS 12V
• 2x PCIE

However after reading about the guy who melted his Avalon today (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=269802.0) I'm a little concerned.

I noticed there were additional plugs for a second EPS12V and another PCIE (to make 3 in total).  Reading through the massive Avalon Asic user thread I'm not exactly sure if these should be plugged in or not.

Can anyone advise whether I need to open this up to plug in the second EPS12V and the third PCIE?
