Sold three weeks ago already. Just giving some perspective on why the price is dumping, as some people seem surprised by that.

What competitor projects? iexec, sonm, golem, dadi, aelf, dfinity, .. take your pick. All trying to achieve similar goal, albeit with different methods. I only know some of those projects and they are not comparable to elastic. For example, SONM doesn't even have a whitepaper and they cannot explain how they pay the miners (Unanswered question: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1845114.msg29159219#msg29159219 ). Saying they are not comparable without any reasons isn't terribly convincing. I'm not that into sonm, but I think you put up a security deposit as a "miner" (aka computation provider), not requiring proof of work. I like iexec's solution of proof of contribution protocol for that particular problem: https://medium.com/iex-ec/about-trust-and-agents-incentives-4651c138974c.

I really surprised XEL is dumped harder than other coins. Why those dumpers bought XEL to sell it at the current bottom? Thanks for selling so cheap It's not that surprising, this project suffered a major hit by one of the two devs leaving and the other only working on it in his spare time. People probably don't want to wait years for something to be released, when the major competitor projects are all releasing within the next months.

Looking at all the other coins out there with no usecase and multi hundred mill marketcaps, this is ridicously undervalued with a working platform beta, good privacy features, superb holding incentives (50% revenue share), and still less than 3mill marketcap. But wont stay long that low with the rebranding coming up I think

Very nice, they have Bundesliga now! The only fantasy sports crypto to have it, afaik Yep, argee that this is a great project, been holding a masternode and getting passive income and next month revenue sharing starts. This is one of the best coins to hold through a longer bearmarket, which we are apperaing to have now.

Footycash is a true gem with a working platform (and mobile platform coming). Severly undervalued, if you look at other coins that have 10x - 100x the marketcap on hot air. Not a youtuber, but I'll buy some more coins before the big youtube crypto stars start shilling this one

10 dollar soon on this one.
i doubt it will reach 10$ per coin even in this bull market. but hey it's cryptos and im may be wrong as cryptos is very unpredictable Well it has a working product beta, a large market to conquer and a great holding incentive. Looking at coins like feathercoin, dentacoin, reddcoin and all these other shitcoins with absolute no usage or integration but close to 1B marketcaps, I think 10$ for XFT seems a very conservative prediction.

Sorry but it doesn't really look that interesting. I think that it will grow but there are currenctly much better coins out there. Better in what regards, though? You have to compare them to their competitors, which is NLC in the crypto space, currently at 80M mcap. I think XFT has a greater potential for rising, because they have a rare coin supply, masternodes and 50% of the platform revenue is shared with these masternodes. NLC only has a POS coin, which makes it less attractive to hold long term imho. The footycash platform is in beta right now and granted, there are still a lot of design kinks which need to be sorted out before the full launch, but considering that this is a pretty easy task, the coin should be valued at a lot more right now. And fantasy sports is a huge business, draftkings alone is valued somewhere at 5 billion and still growing
|
|
|
This has so much room to grow, just reaching NLC's marketcap it would do 15x already

This could be the beginning of something big!

Manual Swap steps:Step 0, install the V1 wallet if you have not I didn't think this step would be necessary to post, but yes, you need to send coins from an exchange to your V1 address.
https://github.com/FootyCash/FootyCash/releases/tag/v1.2.1.1Step 1, download the new wallet from here:https://github.com/FootyCash/FootyCashV2/releases/tag/V2.0.0.4Step 2, addnode is needed as I have not created a DNS seed yet:addnode=132.148.90.48:17017 Step 3, send coins from the old wallet to DESK6cNAJSKhf8tQvf31hNetnJCSfS3axe adding a comment with your V2 addressthe syntax looks like this to send 0.9998 of old coins where your new V2 address is FKMrY91BKyS2u9BXLkhXDeYHhKTvK7Tm4A: sendtoaddress DESK6cNAJSKhf8tQvf31hNetnJCSfS3axe 0.9998 FKMrY91BKyS2u9BXLkhXDeYHhKTvK7Tm4A Type the above in the console, replacing the amount of coins and the new address Step 4, pm or post the output of your transactionIn the wallet, double click on the transaction, copy and paste it to the thread or pm it to me output will look like this: Status: 17 confirmations, broadcast through 15 nodes Date: 8/7/2017 12:47 Debit: -0.9998 FOOT Credit: 0.9998 FOOT Transaction fee: -0.0001 FOOT Net amount: -0.0001 FOOT Comment: FKMrY91BKyS2u9BXLkhXDeYHhKTvK7Tm4A Transaction ID: 6aa825192d1f5d13324bc9820a814bb9229aef3fb77cf1d282bc94d19e026305-000 Step 5, wait for me or Footy to send the new coins to your new address. And a how to from the cryptopia wallet? Do you even crypto, bro ?? Step 0: send from cryptopia to your V1 address.. so just copy the address from the receive address in your wallet and use that to withdraw from cryptopia.

I am getting PM's from people asking for help. So, for those of you who do not have Windows 10 (or any other version of windows)You can use a USB Pendrive and Linux with WINE to run FootyCash Start here: http://www.pendrivelinux.comUse Ubuntu Live CD (on USB Flash Drive): http://www.ubuntu.comAfter you get Ubuntu on your Flash Pendrive - Boot your PC to Ubuntu Linux using the Flashdrive. Install WINE (It will run on a live CD): https://www.linuxhint.com/install-wine-winehq-ubuntu-linux/After you finish installing WINE you can then install the FootyCash Client for Windows (Wine allows you to run windows programs on Linux) Perform all of your FootyCash transactions on the LIVECD - DO NOT SHUTDOWN THE PC UNTIL YOU DUMP YOUR WALLET KEY OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR WALLET!!! THE LIVE CD DOES NOT SAVE ANYTHING!!!!To dump your wallet key go to the Footycash RPC Console (under Help menu) - Type: dumpprivkey [wallet address]
Write down the Private Key the the console gives you. If you write your private key down on a piece of paper make sure you Underline ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and Overline ALL NUMBERS so you don't get confused when you read it back later. Keep your FootyCash Private Key in a safe place - If anyone gets your private key they can steal your coins!!!Later when you need to recover your wallet key - just go back to the RPC console (under Help menu) and type: importprivkey [yourprivatekey] rescan=true
Why go through all the trouble when you can just compile the wallet natively on linux? For Ubuntu: Install Qt5, install these dependecies: sudo apt-get install build-essential libssl-dev libdb++-dev libboost-all-dev libqrencode-dev libtool autoconf libminiupnpc-dev libgmp3-dev then in main directory run "qmake" and after that "make". If it runs through without errors, the executable should be there. If there are errors, it's very probably a missing library. Google the error message and install the missing package.

Can we have an option in the next wallet release to disable popup notifications?
On Linux opening the wallet will create hundreds of notifications because of incoming staking rewards and each notification displays for a few seconds ..

My masternodes running on a vps run fine for a few hours (and creating stake) and then suddly disappear from the masternodelist. The daemon processes are running fine, I just have to press start again in the gui-wallet. I've had this issue multiple times now. Any idea for the cause of this problem and how to fix it ?

Looking to buy bulk OTC (only with escrow), PM me.

Thanks for clearing that up!
Will it help the network to stabilize if we set up more masternodes ?
Staking is just as important. Please keep you walllets open to stake your coins. If we import the privatekey of a coinholding address on a wallet running a masternode (in vps), will they stake ? I haven't tried that. 50/50 chance that it will/won't work as expected. Ok, but running ./footychashd (headless mode) and sending coins to that wallet would stake? I want to stake on a gui-less vps.

Masternodes are working awesome, also set up two of them, rewards are coming in Btw., the "create masternode" button shows to send 500 xft as collateral, although it should be 5000, right? Probably you should change that..
