2FA system works fine. Must be it's on your end. Anyway 2FA removal system works fine too. Mails got sent without any problems. Try initiate 2FA removal, look your e-mail and confirm action. Check spam or try to search your mailbox in case you don't see e-mail in usual way.
Am one of your customers that are suffering from that problem, even by confirming the link from e-mail it doesn't do anything, I tried it hundred times and still didn't solve the problem.
The problem is not in receiving the confirmation e-mail, the problem is the the confirmation link that we receive isn't working, please try to create an account as a normal user then activate the 2FA trough Authy or google Authenticator and try then to remove it using the confirmation link, after 7 days, you will see that it's not working.
I hope this time c-cex will understand the problem and react because I'm very tired of waiting for the team to understand and fix the problem one a day, it's been 4 mouths ago that I accessed to my account and all my funds are in it and can't reach them.
If this time c-cex will not solve that problem we all users will know that c-cex became a SCAM, and I will do my best to affect its reputation.
