If you would try to place a bet like that the system would inform you that is far over the maximum amount allowed to bet cause the actual max house bankroll is only 40 BTC. Any bet which would result in higher total win would be stopped by the system.

And about "Normal faucet claiming isn't provably fair - how do I know you aren't rigging it so the jackpot can't be hit?", are you really serious? First of all which jackpot are you talking about?
