If you aren't an ICO investor, is there a possibility of getting into the performance fund and will there be some analysis/requirements of the investor in order to get in? I know that if not all invitations are accepted by ICO investors they will be offered out but lets presume they are all accepted. Apologies if it was mentioned before.
