I don't know risking so much  seems really dodgy. Should be like 0.001btc minimum. You a new site you still need many many more clients before asking that much for deposit. I think it is better to lower it because you could be turning away people who are not willing to lose that much but won't mind taking a risk with a few hundred thousand Satoshi.

Actually it's just another pyramid system where you have to deposit 0.04 btc. Each user is worth 0.002 btc so they already earned really easy the 0.038 btc for each new user. Also the idea that the first person who click on a new user will receive the 0.002 sounds bit shady. There isn't any proof that this will be done on a fair based system. Also what will happen with the 0.038 btc that you don't share with the people that invested.
