You can find Freedoge.co.in account ID on Refer section - numbers in your referral link is your user ID. It does nt mean anything if any shopkeeper cheated you for anything, you can't blame a bank for that, you either simply stop going that shop or do alternative measures against that shopkeeper. A bank or other platform did not asked you to visit that particular shop, there are plenty of faucets u can choose from.
