please start moderating your telegram channel, get rid of that fucking bot.

It's not an official Telegram channel.  The only official Developer communications channel is Slack, Twitter, and Medium, with some posts in Reddit.

How do you ensure that banks will support tokencard?

It's not about getting banks to cooperate with it.  Any merchant who accepts visa will accept TokenCard, since it's issued by a licensed Visa partner. If you're worried about using the card outside of China, you should know that it's your bank that sets the conditions on where your card can be used, not Visa. In the case of TokenCard, the issuer is not putting geographic restrictions on it. The TokenCard app will allow users to set up additional security measures for their card, like daily withdrawal and maximum withdrawal limits, among other features.

Need to make sure people aren't getting payment processing and banking confused.  Although many banks offer merchant services (payment processing), they do not control Visa.  Visa is the worldwide payment network that banks, financing companies, and now blockchain projects can plug into.  Visa provides consistency and guarantees for merchants, that's the whole appeal of their company in 2017.

Hope that answers your question.

Do you have any video showing the use case of the card in real life like Plutus did in their 1 week experiment.

What about trading? Can the tokens be traded in the exchanges after the ICO?

What about regulatory issues? Have permissions been acquired from proper authority for issuance of such cards?

They have a Chinese partner who is licensed to issue Visa cards, so the project will first establish their market in China.

For usage cases, I wrote a medium article about the project that includes a few.  https://medium.com/@Urshulgi/tokencard-an-ethereum-startup-to-keep-your-eyes-on-d8b6194c1e36
