I do not know what some people are talking about when they say that 1XBit scammed them. I have not encountered a major problem with the site when making a withdrawal. There were delays but the bitcoins always arrived in my wallet.
It might be good for 1XBit to tell us what the user and the reason why he had his funds locked in the site. There are surely people out there who are trying to cheat and take advantage of the system.
No fiat or regulated sites will steal deposit(they just viod winnings) even cheating, only shit 1xbet and 1xbit do this shady business, fuck Russian scam bastards Is the 1xBet the same as 1xBit? There might be some confusion in that entry and it might not be 1xBit. Maybe someone can clarify this. I think 1xBit is trying its best to resolve all issues and an early negative review would not be best for the gambling site. Maybe we could also have an update from the people who had their problem resolved, so we can confirm that the issues were already resolved.

How do you explain the fact that, when I wrote to 1xbit life chat, they gave me email security-en@1xbet.com? You still think they have different owners? Apparently guys from signature campaign do not know anything about the company and are here just to distraction attention of new users, who do not know how 1xbit treats users. As I have said earlier they have the same platforms so obviously 1xbit are using 1xbet features. Read the whole thread cause this matter has been long resolved by 1xbit already . I doubt that he will answer the same questions again and again . It is incorrect explanation. Let me explain you why. Imagine you are in support team of 1xbit and you have different team from 1xbet. Now a customer asks you to resolve some issue. You should understand that if you provide the email of @1xbet the customer will not be able to find the resolution. But that what has happened to me. Clearly what 1xbit said is incorrect. If he is saying incorrect things about support team, I doubt about the fact of different owners. I talked to life chat around a month ago, so information is up to date. |

For some reason after I won the last bet of 435 mBTC 1xbit decided that I made fraud and closed my account! Before that I did not have any problems. It is just that 1xbit does not want to payout winnings. Just letting you all know!
I have the same issue! 1xbit is very dodgy and does not pay the winnings! After I won my account was blocked and I received email saying I made fraud. I will be posting everyday about status of my funds until they are returned. If not I will be posting user reviews about 1xbit and their parent company 1xbet from other websites, to keep customers here informed (with sources). Also to the guys who are doing the signature campaign - Do your research! This is shady and dodgy website and YOU advertise it. You are advertising scammers! Do not put under threat your reputation by doing so! If you all guys very sure that you have valid proofs to support your accusation then just simply create scam accusation thread. It will help other people to stay away, but if you are only saying without proofs then it wont affect anything. Regarding proof - 1xbit did neither ask me for any verification procedures, nor informed me about the clear reason of closure (Just saying violation of Terms and Conditions). I am more than happy to provide them with documents and go through any verification procedure they have. Accusing someone without evidence also can have consequences. Do you have relationship with 1Xbet, the famous fiat bookie? Your UI and their UI looks same, I assume you are owned by 1Xbet, if not, maybe you use their casino implementation.

i think you should focus on build a proper chat because people that are newbie and want to learn how the site work, may find useful to talk and ask to someone, the first step for the success is to improve the support over everything else, first
I think the problem is that 1xbit has joined chat with 1xbet. After I had problem with my account, I wrote to livechat of 1xbit and they gave me this email security-en@1xbet.com. After having 5-10 emails with them, where they said that my account number is not registered with them I realized what is the problem. It would be great if 1xbit can separate live chats. Also my account is still frozen and I cannot access my money. |
