1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Earn Bitcoin With HunnyPlay's New Referral Program! $5k Bonus + upto 18% cut. on: July 14, 2024, 11:14:07 PM

I was also going to mention this that Hunnyplay already have there token. They also have is staking features on it if you want you can visit your official site currently their total staking pool is around $286,394 with 65% apr rate I want to also mention that there is only 3days 11hour left to distribute the payout.
I think 65% APR is not bad for development.  And talking about air drop I will say currently it is hyped mostly it is seen in meme coin case I actually doubt if casino token launch the air drop how profitable or successful it will be.

This Hunnytoken has good potential to make a profit for stakers for $20 worth of Hunny token you can have 2700 Hunnytoken, and with 65% that's a good profit for you and with the platform's potential I see the token increasing its value, they have to establish their brand by doing massive marketing like what the other platform with a native token.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Countless Telegram Mining Apps - Crypto Adoption or Devaluation? on: July 10, 2024, 03:11:30 PM

I sense that the future of meme coins is not that secure anymore with the success of Hamster Kombat.

Yes tapping mining could be the next trend in the making but so much depends on the distribution and trading in the market, their subscribers are now considered record-breaking both on Telegram and YouTube, if only they have a good continuity of their popularity by creating utility and potential profit to their investors.

I have 5 tapping mining in my cellphone I don't want to add more until I see the results of Hamster and my other tapping mining, we are now on a wait-and-see stage.

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: memecoin with a whitepaper on: July 09, 2024, 01:33:37 PM
I've been investing in various memecoins, rarely seeing any with a decent whitepaper. Most seem similar, except Floki with its utilities. I prefer coins like Floki - multichain or with a good whitepaper.
They are imitations of existing meme coins, so their model is very similar to other memes, so they don't bother to create a whitepaper.

A whitepaper is in deep research for supporters to understand the project fully, so since they are just an imitation, they can exist without, and investors will just invest because they are relying on hype brought about by the hype on memes.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Over 100 million players on Hamster Kombat 🤯 on: July 09, 2024, 12:28:35 PM

The dump from the airdrop hunters won't mean a lot, as they will get pennies from this app. The total allocation for airdrop is being limited, and there will be many people called this as a scam.
Indeed, the money generated from the airdrop is small change, even though the people who do it will look happy when they get it, because they have played a simple game with a tap and can produce coins and this continues even though this is limited, and now this has become a concern on the platform because of the easy gameplay understand and sell the coins obtained from the airdrop and after they get them, even so they still get a limited amount.

I'd like to think that many of its airdrop participants are new to Cryptocurrency because this is easy to promote and easy to do. They have a good predecessor now. After the distribution, that's when we will know if they will continue; the airdrop is not that huge; you can do the math, and it will end up with members getting less than what they are expecting.
Hamster has good potential. They have a good start. I don't see this project going down after a huge hype, so the developers should think of the best way to hold the community; it's not easy to build this huge community.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) on: February 25, 2024, 12:58:03 AM
Hi, Does anyone know about BCD? The website is down and the network seems not working. I wonder if the project has been terminated? If anyone is following, can you share information?

I've checked on their telegram channel and there was a report the site was hacked the telegram channel is full of spam and it seems there's not one part of the team managing the channel anymore if the site is down and the telegram channel is neglected this is the sign that the project is abandoned, you can choose to wait for 2 or 3 days but if nothing happens then its time to dump your tokens, this is an exit scam.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Couple won the jackpot but split soon after! on: February 22, 2024, 07:58:19 AM
The love of money is the root evil, you don't know the real character of a person until you see him/her handle money, I don't think this couple's relationship will last because they cannot resolve their conflict when it comes to money, money is one of the causes of the rift of relationships if they cannot pay the bills, and there is no food in the table the love for each other cannot last they should have a good and stable job to sustain their relationship, unfortunately, these two couples have not talked about how to address money in their relationship, so when an issue as bug as this comes out they do not know how to resolve, its better for the couple to either resolve it if they still love each other or let the court decide.
7  Economy / Services / Re: Free Bitcoin Transaction Accelerator (Service) on: January 07, 2024, 01:31:10 AM
This is a useless thread because it's not an accelerator OP only offers a rebroadcast, there are a lot of rebroadcasts already existing, obviously, OP just used this opportunity to promote and grow his channel, but with the fee much lower and traffic congestion ease up this is so useless now, but I hope newbies will not be a victim believing that this is an accelerator when it's not.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should mentally unstable people be allowed to gamble? on: January 03, 2024, 11:00:31 PM

My question now is are there any moral, ethical or legal obligation to bar a person from gambling after physically observing that he is mentally unstable?

If the office of the gambling platform has it in their policy and it is approved by the authorities then they can implement it, It is a legal obligation but not a moral obligation, and it's unethical, it takes a professional physician to check if the bettor is physically fit to be in the vicinity but as long as he is harmless and he is minding his own business then there's no reason to bar him from betting.
He has the same rights like everyone else unless the state deem him not fit to bet.
9  Other / Meta / Re: Why is this forum on SMF? on: December 30, 2023, 04:03:37 AM
Recently I installed a forum for testing. I used phpbb on it but later I realised that it has a big demerit that the URL it gives does not contain the content of title of thread. I checked this forum and here also the issue is same.
BBPRESS a Wordpress-based forum are one of the forum that will show the title of the thread on the URL but they lack features that will make discussions stand out.

Quote
Was this not taken into consideration while choosing forum software ? Or does it not matter much? Are there some special benefits of SMF over other popular forum softwares like xenforo or vbulletin?
SMF is the best forum software when Satoshi is thinking of a platform for Bitcoin discussion
Quote
SMF is written in the popular language PHP and uses a MySQL database. It is designed to provide you with all the features you need from a bulletin board while having an absolutely minimal impact on the resources of the server. SMF is the next generation of forum software - and best of all it is and will always remain completely free!

So far the forum has reached its popularity because of its simplicity in hosting discussions about Bitcoin.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to be cautious: Everyone is not market expert on: December 08, 2023, 08:31:54 AM
From past few weeks whenever I open any browser or social media all I could see is some random blogs and news about Altcoins which will have massive pump and which coins I have to invest.
These are paid blogs probably coming from altcoin bounty campaigns they publish news coins they've participated into hype, shill, and pump the news of the coins or tokens they are promoting, they are all praise for these coins/tokens because they are paid to do so.

Quote
Folks, it's times to be more cautious than every and never go with any random prediction provided over telegram or through blogs as it's a routine that once the crypto market is trending upwards and bullrun is expected we see a lot of experts in the market via various channels like Youtube, Twitter, Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp group sharing random coins with catchy headlines like "Top 5 altcoins with 100x pump", "Whales are investing in these altcoins", "Altcoins which will go to moon", etc.
The next big things are just catchphrases but if you look at those platforms they don't have anything to offer, the same thing as burning mechanism and profit percentage for every transaction, pump, and dumps are like this.

Quote
Don't go with any such predictions and rather do your own research because I have seen people randomly investing into shitcoins just because it's mentioned over Twitter and the person who has tweeted has huge followers. There will be so much of deceiving as they will share some 10 coins and even if one of them prospers they will use it as upselling point.

That's the easiest way to lose your money listening to these so-called experts, there are so many shitcoins marketers right now pretending to be market experts because they are paid to do it and they are making a living out of it, its preferable to have a discussion with your fellow average investors about investing.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: July 12, 2023, 05:56:01 AM
After calling out each other they finally going to go against each other it's a big favor for Ngannou as he will gain a lot of money compared to what he has earned from UFC its good that they have a long preparation for this fight as both fighters have long inactivity, especially Ngannou, both fighters are power puncher so both fighters will have a good chance for a knockout, I'd like to bet for Ngannou but since this is a boxing match Fury has all the edge, Tyson's ring generalship is exceptional.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC 100K FOR 2024 ! on: June 27, 2023, 11:00:44 PM

65K Last year record price ever !

I think this year it might be full 100K Final bullrun for the coin.

We are all hoping it will happen, next year will be another halving, and a year before the bull is when people are excited to invest because what makes it attractive and profitable to invest in Bitcoin is it being deflationary in nature and the fast adoption of the society when there is a huge demand and limited supply expect the price to peek.
I am very bullish about next year's price especially the Blackrock application, we're hoping that Blackrock will maintain its record of 100% approval this could be the news that can help the price to move up and maybe set a new all-time high.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you cheat in gambling? on: June 27, 2023, 09:31:45 PM
Most of the majority say that we do not agree. however, if someone has a trick to trick gambling, especially in this case casino games, slots and the like. chances are, that person will do it lag over and over again. because after all, psychologically we will find it difficult to refuse money that we can easily get. if, there are underhand tricks in gambling. And I know about it, or we have an insider leak from the casino.
If you can cheat luck based games in casinos, you can do it once or twice but once you are addicted to doing this you will eventually be caught and your account restricted and your winning is confiscated and your IP and machine banned from registering in their platform, the casino script is very expensive and what makes it expensive is the anti-cheat software to make the casino cheat-proof, you must know or you are good at hacking the anti-cheat software to be able to get away but with a continuous update of the script you will eventually catch and pay for your action, so it's not really worth t cheat in the casino, better just have fun, getting your account ban and money confiscated is a big headache.
14  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is considered good collateral these days? on: June 27, 2023, 01:44:48 PM
Your title says
Quote
What is considered good collateral these days?
This is to support your loan application but it should be what is considered good collateral here in Bitcointalk, what you're offering could be good on other platforms but here in Bitcointalk, it should be something that the lender can dispose of in case you default your loan.
I don't think any of what you're offering is a good and accepted collateral it should be based on what the lender here can accept and usually, they only accept tradeable Cryptocurrency.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lotteries and possibility vs. probability on: June 23, 2023, 11:11:32 PM

The thesis would consist that, although the probability of winning classical lotteries is near zero (typically between 0.0000007% in the case of Euromillions and 0.000003% in the case of national lotteries), people is willing to pay an excessive overprice because they are buying the right to dream about the possibility of winning.

You cannot argue with people who prefer to chase their dreams and they are willing to spend money on it even if the chance is very slim because they see winners and their dream is the be the next bettor in line to win, people bet on the lottery because it is their shot to get to their dream because their jobs and the present situation will not let them gets closer to their dream, only by betting in a lottery they have a chance to do so and betting in a lottery is addictive, when you are chasing your dream and you have a way to do it even if it's impossible it's addictive to follow that method.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between pi and bitcoin on: June 23, 2023, 09:36:35 PM
Hello guys,I learnt that pi network is a crytocurrency that is beneficial in the community ecosystem that you can mine with,I want to know their clarified differences and if the pi network and bBTC does same functions.

The difference is between 100% true Cryptocurrency and fake Cryptocurrency, PI is not centralized and the mined token is fake you did not own it and it will only be yours depending on the allocation the developers are allowed.
It's another shitcoin but unfortunately, because it's free, people are in a hurry to mine it, it will be listed in a small exchange because this kind fo shitcoin will have zero chance of getting into big exchanges.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Casinos Go Bankrupt Because of Player Wins? on: June 22, 2023, 12:06:34 PM
Running a casino is a lucrative business which is why we have a lot of new casinos coming and old casinos keep launching new promotions to entice their players to stay, the only way a casino will go bankrupt is through mismanagement and there is a lack of players playing.

The house edge will keep the casinos running for every winner there are 5 or more players losing their money, it's better for a player to play on a stable casino because their goal is to keep their casino running for a long time, that is why they have marketing campaigns in many platforms.

18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Jermall Charlo Super Middleweight (September 16) on: June 21, 2023, 11:45:34 PM
Thanks to this, yeah, I posted it here when  it was still a rumor hehehe. So it finally made official now.

And if I'm not mistaken, Jermall Charlo has been calling out Canelo for years now, before his hiatus and inactivity in boxing. Nevertheless it's a good fight for him money wise. But I think he will be too small for Canelo though, he is a good middleweight champion, but going up in weight and inactive in the last years or so might be too much for Charlo. So let's see if Canelo can get back to knocking out his opponent or if he is over the hill now and can't pull the trigger.

This is a bad time for Jermall to take the Canelo fight, he has two years lay off and it will show up in his fight like what happened to Josh Taylor against Teofimo Lopez, Canelo is just coming from a dominant win against Ryder and his momentum will carry on this fight.

I'm sure this is going to create a lot of hype I don't know if Jermall will show aggressiveness in their press conferences as he did against Harrison, you don't want to anger Canelo because he brings his anger in the ring.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 21, 2023, 10:00:32 PM

So when I wanted to judge the case and possible settlement,  I query the casino agent how can you allow a customer to gamble on credit to the tune of 8k Knowing fully well that the gambler only has a 1k balance which already existed?
This casino is preying on small people and this is not good if he keeps doing people will complaint against him, gamblers are gamblers if you offer him a loan to play he will take it and hope that he wins to pay the loan

Quote
Also what is the probability that the gambler will ever return after owning such debt in the betting shops,  note the gambler's daily pay is 2k as a helper on the site,  so he has to work for 4 days to be able to meet that debt that is if he doesn't make any other expenses.
There's also a probability that the worker denies paying him or takes longer to pay him because he needs to provide for his family first and he can only give what is excess on his salary, even if you take it in court, the judge could favor the worker because he is a victim here, the casino agent should know better who he will give a loan.

20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A discussion On Too Much Gambling Addiction Topic on: June 20, 2023, 10:52:33 PM

....take a look at this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456913.0  it was creatd  As long as things are still making sense, I don't have any problem with it after all.

The thread is unique and worth a discussion I will vote for that thread to remain because it invites good discussion even though there is a call for many topics about gambling addiction, we can learn so many things about gambling addiction, like strategies employed by players how they overcome addiction and what should be your mindset.
We all want to be responsible gamblers and we don't want one player going astray because of too much gambling and gambling addiction discussion is where you learn how to gamble responsibly and casinos will agree on these topics.
