I withdrew FCT 16 Hours ago from Poloniex given the first transaction "0aa43bcc871be87b13a40375c0e6a143bbfa6760e209e56245dbabfd34cdfe8e" and then the second transaction "83cbe6feebabd6c5e13c689c47e839692bb9bc73bfd165efd6e01f04c50f66c1" and my wallet didn't get credited. I sent ticket but no update or rather poor support. Please help me.

Since your issue happened only 16 hours ago, you need to be patience if you did not receive any reply from support. Also today is weekend, so i do not think they may help you. Don't expect them to reply immediately and solve your issue. You should wait 24-48 hours time after creating the support ticket. MFahad! 48 hours have passed what's next now. As I'm writing this I sent the second ticket. This action is true or Should I take any other action? Normally, you should not submit a 2nd ticket for the same issue, if your first ticket is in progress. It is better if you write in the same ticket and ask them to expedite the process. Also i am not sure if 48 working hours are passed because Today is the first working day after the weekend. I hope you will get the reply from them anytime today. Oh so the 48 hours should be in working days then we have to neglect all passed 48 hours. I hope I get response today.

I ask for a solution as I said always "make it big to take it to a small one". I don't take anyone to any ride. These are real situations and I found people have the same issue with the same tokens at the same exchange. Why not share my problem with all people and get exposed to the solution that experienced people may give so all people who have the same problem will get that solution or that advise. Don't ruin people's minds with these accusations or doubts. And instead of skepting try to follow the positive side from those things. Maximum Respect.

Are you sure you sent your coins to the right wallet address? Your transaction IDs are not registered on the FCT blockchain and you tell us which type of wallet you sent your coins? I sent 5 transactions 3 were OK and 2 got complete but not credited to my balance nor they are found in FCT explorer and this is the address I sent to it "FA2MTnFbY23xbeNxKf2rTKEJBiPoNZihcDuM53DvJaAVqGjwr1hq"

No one can really help you in this forym about your problem on Yobit. If you didn't create that withdrawal transaction and have proof for it rush chatting support but they take days before replying(base on my experience when I ask them about some coin withdrawal) it took them 5 days to reply. Just send some proof that you didn't issued that transaction,chill and wait for them.
It is been 15 days and no reply and not even for 5 days. They already stole me 0.01 BTC in July 2017 when it was not worth that much and Shut up at that time. You should stop using this exchange the first time when you experienced the problem, even 0.01 BTC is not a small amount you should just forget. YoBit is a very problematic exchange, there are probably hundreds of cases like this reported on the forum, and customer support is certainly one of the worst you can find on crypto exchanges. I check BSTY, and coinmarketcap is list only 2 exchanges for this coin, but 100% of the volume is on YoBit. In your case I would say something is wrong with YoBit wallet for BSTY, the transaction has not been sent yet from their side so you can not see it on explorer. So the solution is on their hand ( hands of Yobit) But they don't respond to support tickets nor chat nor twitter. How I will recover my 0.0249 BTC worth sir?

Lovinbitcoinusers, to clarify some things first - did you buy that coin on YoBit (BSTY), and then try to send it from YoBit to your wallet? Or you have BTC on your YoBit account and someone is using that coins to buy BSTY and withdraw from your account?
I think you just send those BSTY and now you do not see that transaction on BSTY block explorer, but maybe this coin is not show transaction instantly, just wait to see the first confirmation on YoBit and also in your wallet.

First of all this is not the correct section for this post ignoring that since you are a newbie can you please explain about the issue more? I think you tried to withdraw these funds or did they were automatically withdrawn? Moreover, it's better you give more proofs if you have yourself started the transaction then maybe it has not been transferred to blockchain. We have a user account of Yobit here on forum I think they might help you on this issue. Whatever it is it would definitely be solved I think. There are and you can refer to this: Poloniex - Withdrawal issue. 2 things you can do to fix this: - Create a ticket every 2 days to follow up on your problem, this problem needs to be fixed manually because the transaction is failed. They need to resend it manually in order to finish this issue - Send a message with your ticket number to their social media such as Poloniex Twitter to follow up on the issue. or you can wait for a few days, hoping they would fix it. I have withdrawn LBC from Poloniex to bittrex 24 hours ago but it didn't process and start flipping from pending to processing every time then ended with Complete error.
I sent ticket support after 1 hour of pending status and I sent another ticket concerning complete error after it appeared later and they said we will look into the transaction and reach you as soon as possible but they didn't reach me asap and still waiting.
Is there anyone here with such a problem or have advice? Help me please
