If a person follow all the rules of a site or a company then why will they limit your account. If you do not want to be limit on their site or any other site then do not do instant sign up but take some time to read their rules and terms and conditions. It will take some of your time but in the future you will not face any issue with your account.
Yes, the "rules" of the site say that you only allowed to be recreational betting, i.e. a long-term loser. Hence why sharps are limited almost immediately.
