Cloudbet, I am raising this matter here as your support team is a bunch of trolls fooling people around, they need a training before they can get to the job.

It was a bet on cricket match where delivery scores are not considered as stated on your sportsbook rules. Instead, cloudbet decided to add the delivery scores and making me lose my bet, which I actually won.
I wrote to support to raise the matter and it took them only a week to tell me that only 5 delivery scores are not considered, 1-2 scores are ignored under this law. This is never said in your sportsbook. It is stupid at it sounds.

Same thing happened to me for almost 6 times in the past and each time I contacted support, it was fixed. Examples are BET ID 2386378 and BET ID 3324561.


Interestingly, I almost lose 10 bets following the same law in the past. So please refund me my money, otherwise I will dispute the 10 bets that you made me lose under the same law. This is how you reward your loyal customers. Such a disgrace!

I'm currently not in US, money isnt an issue, bitcoin is an issue. I am unable to buy coins here.

That is why I have offered a Cryptopay account with a virtual and plastic card as collateral

Thanks for the advise, sorry I was unaware. I just read the rules. I dont have another currency to Collateral but I have a virtual as well as a plastic card issued through cryptopay.me. I am willing to offer it as collateral as it is worth more than 0.01.

Edit: I was unaware that Collateral is required for first few requests. I offered a crytopay account with a virtual/plastic card linked. Worth a lot more than 0.013.
