I think it's nonsense. There is a strong correlation between Bitcoin and Altcoins. Altcoins will continue to rise because people holding Bitcoin have diversified portfolios, so the same people who profit from Bitcoin will put some of their profits into Altcoins, causing Altcoins to rise. Also Wall Street can already purchase Bitcoin if they want, an ETF is not really needed to do that.

The market almost always follows the same cycle. If you see what's happening in the world, what other people think, the capitulation is already happened. You can tell this from the general negative sentiment. The market is currently dire, but things will likely turn around in 2023.

The bear market is surely coming to an end. In the past couple of months from around 10 crypto related news approximately 5 had a negative tone, 4 were neutral, and 1 were slightly positive. It's a good indication for the market cycle. The capitulation already happened. It can hardly be worse than this. So this is the best time to accumulate. 2023 should be similar to 2019 in terms of price increase.

Let's say I have a Trezor T Hardware wallet. How can I be sure that when I set it up and generated the private keys, it really used a real random algorithm to generate the private keys? I know it's open source firmware, but is it possible to verify that it really downloaded the same open source firmware from their official website, that's on Github? Wouldn't it be safer to generate your private keys for yourself with dices? I know it's a trusted company with high reputation, but is there a 100% mathematical way to verify that they don't have access to the private keys?
