I'll be sending emails to confirm the provided address and send the reward on Wednesday, December 14th to get them all in one fell swoop.

Sorry for the delay, but confirmation emails will be going out later this week, probably Friday.

All of the emails just went out. If you completed the survey and didn't receive one, DM me, and we can sort it out. Thanks again for to help!

unfortunately i can not fill the survey because i don't live in the United States, but i really curious about how much people using bitcoin in United States. i hope in the end of the time, you can post the result in here so we can know how much user of bitcoin in US.

I don't think I will be able to share the results, but I will update here if that changes. Hopefully, you will see them in the exchange (that I can't name, but maybe they'll make an announcement about this at some point in the future).

I've tried to reach the site a few times and keep getting a
"site can't be reached. The site took too long to respond" message.

What type of details do we need to provide to get the card?
Is this physically shipped meaning we have to provide a name and address?

The link is working! I took a look at the survey and seems that we need to provide some private information, anyway may I know the reason why is this survey only for u.s citizens and not for others? For example for those that can't receive the gift in the physical form at least to receive as virtual?

The exchange I am working with is focusing on the US right now, which is why the survey is only open for US residents. In my research, I've found that people in different areas of the world have different priorities and impressions, especially when it comes to money and asset management.

Sorry that the survey wasn't working for you. It looks like it's up right now (http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/surveymonkey.com).

I'll need your full name to be able to set up the card for you and send via the email address provided, but I won't need your address.

Just wanted to post that I took the survey, waiting to hear back on reward for anyone interested.

Thanks. I appreciate it. You're definitely in the first 300. I'll be sending emails to confirm the provided address and send the reward on Wednesday, December 14th to get them all in one fell swoop.

Happy to answer any other questions I can until that time.

I am distributing a survey for an existing exchange looking to expand in the US. The first 300 people to complete the questionnaire will get a $20 VISA gift card. You must reside in the United States. It should take less than 30 minutes to complete the survey.

The idea is that, with your input, they can continue to build out a robust exchange that has great user experience.

Please take the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/bitcoinexchanges

Sorry if you have already seen this posted on other forums, but I am trying to get a wide variety of viewpoints.

Thanks!
