If you traffic come from Flippa or other similar service ... it is useless and also not safe for some website owners (for example Adsense does not accept this kind of traffic)

You should write something about you first, make a decent history and then come back and ask for a loan (even it is just 5$)

You could try creating a thread on the services section. Post your service there even if it's for that 7k traffic only. State everything clearly and you just might get some takers.
You'd certainly have more chances there than trying for a no-collateral loan here. Too many have been burned by that 'no-collateral' thing. Still, good luck.

P.S. If you're stubborn about the loan, better have your deal with an escrow ready to make things easier.

Why not just sell your service instead of making it out to be a loan? No collateral loans are not going to work.
