Just to let anyone know, I removed the blockchain_headers file and my electrum.dat from the default folder in App_data. I restored the wallet using my seed, and the coins are back! Thanks for the help though! Hope this helps other people too.

I have a bitcoin transation through electrum in which I sent 0.219 bitcoins to my Mt. Gox address, when I sent the transaction, I didn't put in a fee and the transaction's fee was nothing, the transaction says pending and has 0 confirmations after a few days, the transaction ID isn't in blockchain but still in my wallet.
