In cryptomixer, before they finally released their service to public use, they frst made a test where they asked people to test their service first to check that their service is fully functional. I think you should also do the same and make a testing like that to make sure that your site will not malfunction.
If you want to be trustworthy it will require time. Like the other guy already said, stay operational for a long time and don't mess with other peoples money and you will be deemed trustworthy.
We have quite large team of developers, including quality assurance specialists, our algorithm was developed based on best practices and was tested with both automatic and manual tests and every release made is covered with tests as well.
My point here is that user testing doesn't look necessary, but the more testing the better, so it is maybe a good idea, thank you.
