So the webwallet has no place to import the private key.  I've tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.  so where can you import the private key?  Also, the Ant team has misconfigured their server as you get security warnings for the web wallet for Chrome and Firefox.

The ios wallet creates a db transaction error when you try to create a wallet.  So it doesn't work either.  Who is writing this crap code?

So I have a mac seemingly with no ability to claim my investment.  So do I need to buy a Windows machine?  Does that have a wallet that syncs and where you can import your private key?  This is frustrating.

For a friend who has no BCT account: We can not find the place to import the private key in the web wallet. Is this gone?

I cannot find it either. If someone knows, please tell us.  Has anyone actually gotten the web wallet to work?  I emailed ant again, and yet again, no response.

My webwallet's work is fine.   Try to use another browser, or to clear a cookie - after this manipulation's i have seen the place to import the private key.

Sorry but I tried clearing cookies and tried Safari and Chrome.  Neither one shows any place for the private key. I have heard no one say specifically where the import private key is located on the web wallet.  Because of that and because of my experience along with others, I'm pretty convinced the web wallet doesn't work and is pretty worthless.  The company also doesn't respond to emails either so the evidence seems to indicate that they took all the BTC, did minimal work, and now are just retired on all the money they raised.  If the company is for real, have someone contradict this.  But we haven't heard anything from them in a long time.

So, I've tried to look on this thread but it I can't seem to locate the answer.

I finally went to claim my ANS, inputted my private key, and got a message that it would be credited within a week.

A week has passed, and nothing credited to my antshares account.  No response from the company.  They are completely ignoring my emails which makes me uneasy because I invested a fair amount.  So how long does it take to get ANS?  I tried inputting my key again and got the same message.  As a part of good coding, the response should either be "hey you inputted your key previously and we are working on it" or "hey this is the first time we are seeing this and we are processing it".  So I'm not entirely sure that the key was even accepted, although it is the correct key.

Assuming I get ANS in my antshares account, once you have ANS, I see people type in their private key to the Windows wallets, import it, and get their ANS.  However, I have a mac so I'm trying to use the web wallet.  There is no private key input to the web wallet.  So how do you get ANS into the web wallet?

Thanks!

1)from ico claim to actual crediting is 1 week max.
2)do not copy paste priv key
3)web wallet does have a priv key import function, check out again, it's app.antshares.org
4)showing balance of your ico address requires a)credited and 2)wallet fully synced

Hi, Thanks for your answers!  much appreciated.   Maybe I'm daft, but I have searched the web wallet and still cannot find where to import the priv key.  Can you tell me where it is?  Thanks again.
