When the last sell of $196.14 occurred, I would have either expected the order book to have moved so that $196.14 was the highest bid (because it would have still had ~12 eth left), or the last trade should have been for $196.29 since there were 42 left and the order was for only 12.

Can someone clue me in on what am I not understanding ?
