...some of you open multiple tickets, send multiple PMs, emails, forums posts, etc. I understand that you want your issue resolved but this makes things even harder for us to organize and in turn resolve your issues. Which is easier to deal with? A polite line of people or an angry mob? I understand if some of you are upset but hopefully you can understand my point as well.
I do understand your point. But as a customer, I don't know which line to stand in. A support ticket I opened hasn't seen any activity for two days. I've sent emails with no responses. Someone with Bitinstant on Reddit suggested that I post to this forum. So, I'm now trying everything to get a response. If there was a well-defined line with visible progress, I would gladly wait in it. I PM'ed URSAY, so hopefully I'm now in that line.
