1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM locations on a rapid increase... on: August 11, 2017, 11:01:08 PM
Well I don't see that increase in my country. In my country we only have about 4 atms all atleast an hour drive away. I want one in my town haha.

If you want one, you should purchase one of bitcoin ATM then. put in your town, and done.
This machine should be profitable if could meet all terms such as many people use bitcoin (want to exchange cash to bitcoin and vice versa) which usually located in a place where there are a lot of tourist from abroad come to that place, low fees and convenience maintenance costs.
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin vs SegWit2x - after split price predictions on: August 10, 2017, 11:59:16 PM
People will stick to bitcoin, not bitcoin cash or bitcoin2x. Simply because how many business and companies that accepting bitcoin, it has real usability in various industries and being used as a medium of exchange. If another chain split will happen, bitcoin price maybe fall down to $2500 or $2000 as the lowest price, but who knows for sure. If people will get free bitcoin2x, the same thing will happen such as bitcoin cash when it was launched, it will get dumped.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is unstoppable on: August 09, 2017, 10:34:40 AM
Will bitcoin jump so high that it is unstoppable who is the hero?

Yes, bitcoin will jump so high, even can reach over $10,000 or $100K, who knows.
As a better monetary technology, bitcoin has some major advantages over fiat currency which lead it to the highest rate currency compare to others.
Who's the hero? I believe all the people in this world who use and support bitcoin development are the heroes. as long as we keep supporting bitcoin, its price will always increase simply because limited supply and high demand.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin ATM Profibility? on: August 09, 2017, 01:44:06 AM
Since no one else is saying it, I will state the obvious.
It all depends on your rates.
I am talking about how much you pay for Bitcoin and selling rate - both.
You obviously need a higher selling rate than buying which should be at least 5% above market price (more like 10-15%).
Wishing you all the best in this endeavour.

- Selling rate mean sell bitcoin for cash, right? I don't think it should be 5% above the market price because first impression is a big thing, so you need to
decrease 'the fees' for 1-2 months before take more profits (increase withdrawal fees). 1%-2% fees for the beginning isn't bad at all.
- Buying rate mean convert cash into bitcoin? You do not need to charge high fees for this one obviously, or no one will consider to buy bitcoin through your
ATM, I prefer 0,5% fees above market rate is convenient.

how to take a screenshot on a pc

Today btc crossed 2600$ hope it will 3000$ end of this year  Grin
Bitcoin exchange rate at Bitstamp is $2695 right now, not the highest one but at average price, in my country its already $3284 (no need to wait for the end of the year). But we know that higher price mean more volatile which people could massive sell out their bitcoin for instant profits.
However, the price will rise again even it drop to $1000 because we know bitcoin capabilities as investment commodity.

7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Today's Best wallet on: January 08, 2017, 12:51:34 PM
I got a wallet from coinbase as I saw some where it was rated the best. I notice every time I buy some BTC there is a small transaction fee like $2. I also notice the price for BTC always seems to be $15 to $20 higher than what its actually trading at.

My questions are, is this typical of all wallets?
Also I've never received BTC is there incoming fee's?

Coinbase is an Exchange, that also has a wallet.
The wallet service they maintain is very different from most wallets.
Most wallets are just programs to hold your privatekeys/addresses, not to trade or buy/sell.

With Bitcoin, the only fee is the miner's fee for being placed within a block, and that is paid by the sender.

I don't know about coinbase wallet as I only use blockchain for now.
looks like coinbase is a good exchange that offer many services about trading and bitcoin.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: can i start mining on my laptop ? on: January 06, 2017, 04:47:55 PM
You cannot meaningfully mine bitcoin with any computer any more by itself. While you can mine with a computer, virtually all mining is done with specialised hardware called ASICs which are trillions of times more efficient than computers at mining. You can use your computer to control the miners though.

thanks for your reply!

what is smallest and cheapest miner device you advice to use for starters ?
If you're not looking to make a profit, but mine just for fun. You may want to start with a USB miner, like this one for example.
If you want to make a profit out of mining, you'll want some more serious equipment such as an S9. However you'll want to do some calculations  first(with this calculator) to see if you'll make any profit.
Good luck! Smiley

well, nice information.
thanks for sharing, will read about it.
mining is crucial part of blockchain right?
